Douglas DC-6 ver 2.0 for FSX

File Description:
FSX Douglas DC-6 ver 2.0. This package includes the DC-6 in its earliest form with short nose (no weather radar) and round-tipped Curtiss Electric propellers as delivered to the first DC-6 customers in 1946-48. The later aircraft had the more well-known, square-tipped 'paddle' propellers, and this version is included as well. Most, if not all, of the early DC-6's were later modernized to this standard, and many (especially from the U.S. operators) had weather radar installed in a longer nose. This package contains most variants, including liveries for American, United, Delta, Panagra, SAS, Sabena and KLM, nine aircraft in all. The KLM repaint is by Maarten Brouwer. Model by Jens B. File Description: VTOL/Hover (V4.0) for Alphasim / Virtavia V22-Osprey This freeware package adds new V(S)TOL & Hover features to the V22-Osprey. Besides true vertical takeoff & landing, it allows you to fly forward, backward, sideways and turn, while in a hover. This solution is based on overriding the normal FS flightdynamics when the nacelles are rotated out of the normal flight position; in short, it's a V(S)TOL&Hover FDE coded in a gauge. Texture Update 1 for FS9 Scenery Objects

File Description:
Re-upload. This zip contains updated textures for the following object libraries: ez-large hangers ss, ez-terminals ss, ez-vintage hangers, ga hangers ss v3. The purpose of these updated textures is to help prevent the dreaded scenery "blurries" when using my scenery objects in FS9. If you are not experiencing this problem, there's no point in downloading and installing them. These textures will overwrite your existing textures. They will not change the appearance of any of the scenery objects. Please see the readme file for more information.

FSX patch for Rio de Janeiro mesh

File Description:
FSX brings as default a very good mesh for Rio de Janeiro City, showing the Sugar Loaf very detailed, in LOD 10. However, that mesh cover a limited area and changes its resolution to LOD 6, yet in a mountainous region. The consequences are visibles cuts in the relief, mainly in Paralel S22* 30'. The solution we found was to compile the neighbours area at North, West and East, in LOD10 resolution changing to LOD 9, so to smooth the transition from those differents resolutions.
