The Project Opensky Boeing 747V4 Classic Series PBR Native Conversion for P3DV4 and V5 is a newly updated conversion of the old top-hit freeware add-on aircraft series that is known to the Flight Simulation Community since FS2002, FS2004, and onwards to FSX and has been loved by thousands of Flight-simmers across the world because of its simple-but-great model, and completely free of charge. But with newer flight simulators on the line under the ESP Flight Simulator Type such as Lockheed Martin Prepar3DV4 and V5, the Project Opensky Boeing 747V4 Classic Series (which was only made for FS9) were slowly falling behind and couldn’t keep up with the current flight simulators today. And now, for the first time in 2022; this newly-updated conversion has surfaced to the public and in the eyes of the flight simulation community. Destined to fly in the current flight simulators of today like Prepar3D V4 and Prepar3D V5, this classic freeware had continued to live on into the new era, bringing nostalgia not only just to those who flown it before in FS2004, but also for a new generation who can relive classic scenes of the Jumbo Jet’s illustrious history through this iconic freeware add-on aircraft series in today’s flight simulator platforms. It finally received an all new makeover! And the permission to convert the models was acquired from the developer who was the mind of the POSKY 747V4 Classic Series: Hiroshi Igami. And he gave our conversion team the green light to do so. Leading to this conversion to surface in the public for the first time. Follow the instructions in the Readme txt file. | Port McNeill CAM8 float base in British Columbia, Canada |

File Description:
This is the seventh in a series of new and renovated float bases in BC. Port McNeill is a float base in a sheltered inlet on the northeast coast of Vancouver Island, close to the town and just under 20 miles east of the Port Hardy float base. There is no fuel available as the Port Hardy floatbase (already posted) acts as a refuelling centre for this and other float bases in the neighbourhood. The dock is to the west of the marina and east of the log raft area. The AI is a further adaptation of the CF36 AI and involves Beavers as listed in the AI folder. At Port McNeill all the AI works for both landing and takeoff for all of the planes, no matter what the wind direction is. All of these float bases can be installed together in the same folders, with a saving in duplicate textures. So a series called BC Floats (or whatever you want to call it) or individually installed float bases; your choice. The next in the series was suposed to be Sullivan Bay, another floating marina, but I digressed to Port Hardy and Port McNeill.

File Description:
This is an updated version of my December 2011 2.0 release which had runway 1L/19R closed for construction (as was the real Andrews runway). This version has a new runway 1L/19R (196 feet x 11304 feet with 997 foot offset thresholds), an ACA (alert) ramp, east fire station and POL facility, and reworked taxiway and ramp lighting. The approach scenery to runways 1L and 1R now includes The Courses at Andrews (think golf) and the approach to 19R has also been cleaned up.

| Minstrel Island CAX7 float base in British Columbia, Canada |

File Description:
This is the third in a series of new and renovated float bases in BC. Minstrel Island is on the south side of Knight Inlet and 25 miles west of Knight Inlet Lodge (the previous post in this series). There is a resort on the island, though it is hidden from the air by the trees. Fuel and oil are both available at the dock, and there is a 17 feet tidal range, which would be interesting of it could be replicated in FS. The AI is an adaptation of that for CF36 and involves a GA Cessna, and a Seair Beaver flying from Campbell River to Knight Inlet Lodge via Minstrel Island. Again, because of large hills the landing of the AI may or may not take place, depending on wind direction and whether or not they fly into solid rock before landing. Take off and departure will take place. Ultimate Terrain Alaska/Canada would be a definite plus to get the water in the right shape and place. This scenery will not work without it.

This is a standalone release from the POSKY 747 Classic Series.
In this pack, it includes two NASA derivatives of the POSKY Boeing 747 Classic which are:
-Boeing 747-100SCA "Shuttle Carrier Aircraft"
Includes 3 model variations (including the Shuttle Piggyback model variant) and 4 real-world NASA SCA liveries
-Boeing 747SP NASA SOFIA Flying Telescope
Includes the 747 SOFIA Model, telescope can be interacted through the POSKY Utility Panel (Shift+8), and two real-world NASA SOFIA liveries.
Now you can soar and explore beyond the skies and fly the NASA colors with these models in P3DV4 and V5.
