National Airlines 2006

File Description:
A recreation of National Airlines as it existed in the 1970's using modern aircraft. Both flyable and AI aircraft are included. Because of copyright issues, not to mention the sheer size of the download that would have been required for an all-inclusive package, I have included only those components that I have created myself. These components are the repaints and the traffic. The aircraft to complete this work are available from Project Open Sky and Meljet for the flyable models, and the AVSIM Library for the AI aircraft. The schedules used were obtained from the Retro AI site.

File Description:
Bruntingthorpe, Leicestershire, United Kingdom (EG0D) for default FS9 scenery. (Runway-only in FS9). Runway data corrected to include displaced thresholds. Taxiways and ramp area added based on Google earth satellite images. Minimal parking spaces added, since this is a "prior permission required" airfield, primarily used for road vehicle testing. Home to the XH-558 Vulcan restoration project. No 3D scenery elements included. Exclude file to clear autogen obstructions will be released separately - this is intended to be seen from the air and used by AI traffic, not user aircraft. Visual approaches only, no ILS equipment, no control tower.

Nellis Air Force Base - KLSV

File Description:
This file contains several BGL's which enhance the default FSX Nellis Air Force Base (KLSV ). I have added some ramp parking for miltary aircraft. Additionally, I have added several scenery objects to enhance the visual experience. The other change I made was to eliminate the "mesa effect" caused by the stock FSX airport as it sits above/below the surrounding terrain using "sloped flattens" to blend the airport level terrain into the surrounding terrain. I am using the "FSX Usa 10 M terrains Project - West Coast Version 1.1" mesh but the default FSX mesh should blend O.K.

Obama Boeing 757-200 Campaign Plane v.2

File Description:
Obama Campaign Plane package for Project Opensky 757-200 with Rolls-Royce engines. Model and FDE by the Poskey team (see their readme file) Textures by Chris Beiderbecke This is an update to my original package and includes a few tweaks, namely: -rezized the tail logo to more closely resemble the actual plane -sharpened and cleaned up fuselage lettering, flag, N numbers -included the option to include grey area at root of rear wing -many more tweaks to result in a cleaner and more accurate paint. -an updated ReadMe file. All files are now Extended bitmap 32 bit 888.8 format.

File Description:
Wingviews for the Project Open Sky Embraer ERJ series. Each set individually customized for that particular sub-model. These views apply to the following: ERJ 135,140,140LR,140LU,140MP,140XR & Legacy 600. Look out for other versions in a future upload! Also please be aware that these view-codes were set and tested on a 1680 X 1050 widescreen display and so some adjustments might have to be made to the codes to suit your display. Danish Air Transport Winter 05/06

File Description:
This is a flightplan for Danish Air Transport, a minor Danish airline serving destinations in Denmark and Norway. During the year they also have charterflights, but they are NOT included in this release. The company have a fleet of ATR 42's, ATR 72's, Beech 1900D's and one Saab 340. Repaints for most of the fleet can be found in the Project AI Files Library, and the Beech 1900D can also be found here on AVSIM. The Saab 340 is not repainted yet. I have included both a MRAI installation file and files for TTools by Lee Swordy. Enjoy!

Aotearoa Intl MASH Boeing 737-800

File Description:
This is a (Fictional) repaint of Project Open Skys Boeing 737-800 in the livery of Aotearoa Intl. This aircraft flys all main trunk domestic routes and selected international routes to certain pacific islands. This is a texture set only and requires the base model (os738ai.zip) also available from Avsim.com. This texture set only contains the standard livery for Aotearoa Intl and has the following additions - 1: Tail painted Dark Green; 2: Engine Nacelles painted Dark Green; 3: The addition of M*A*S*H - Mobile Ary Surgical Hospital 4077TH added to the rear of the fuselage. WORKS ONLY IN FS2004.

Isle of Wight (UK) reconstructed

File Description:
This started out as a relatively simple project to correct the most obvious faults with the shape of the Isle of Wight, but instead of taking about a week it kept me going for a month. As well as correcting the North and East coasts where the Island was almost unrecognisable I started putting in a few more roads.I then realised just how over populated the Island looked.There is built up areas all over the place , it looked terrible , so I have attempted to correct this . After this I thought I would put in a few of the larger factories and marinas etc.....

Open Skies Airlines by British Airways Boeing 757-236 'G-BPEK'

File Description:
Repaint of Project Opensky's Boeing 757-200 in Brand new Airlines "Open Skies" from British Airways; registered G-BPEK. The all new 82-seat configuration 757s Open Skies is British Airways entry into transatlantic service direct between the U.S. and continental Europe under the new traffic rights coming into force in March with the U.S.- European Union Open Skies agreement. By June, service is set to start with New York service to Paris and Brussels to lead the way. By naming the airline Open Skies, BA celebrating the first major step in 60 years towards a liberalized U.S. - European Union aviation market.
