The Ford India Project is a 6 part Project to create a 1930's India - Part 1 Pondicherry UT India VOPC is now available for your Flight Sim enjoyment. The scenery is a historical rendition of VOPC Pondicherry circa 1930's. This package is the first part and the foundation of the other 5 parts. Part 2 is also complete which includes the TATA and Son's Air Services route across India with 1930's version of Colombo, Madras, Hyderabad, Bombay, Ahmedabad and Karachi.
Additionally, a comprehensive AI package is available which includes 4 aircraft and 22 liveries specific to India with flights transiting along the TATA routes and circuits at Pondicherry. Part 2 and the AI Traffic pack is now available only at the Ford Project site - http://www.ford-tri-motor.net/ford-india-project.htm - if you like the Pondicherry scenery then you will indeed enjoy the additions of Part 2 and the AI traffic package to enrich and enjoy the 1930's flying throughout the Indian Empire.

A repaint of the Aerosoft DHC-2 Beaver with wheels. VP-YIL c/n 86 was delivered to CAA on 11 September 1950 and named R.M.A. Duiker and transfered to Air Malawi in 1966 after the breakup of CAA. In 1969 she was sold to Savage Air Service and registered as VH-EPX and later converted to an
amphibiian and registered as N454DL and then CF-GRA. Requires original payware aircraft from Aerosoft.

This folder contains a repaint for version 3.14 of the Douglas C-47 by Manfred Jahn and colleagues in the colors of Frontier Airlines N65276, one of the C-47/DC-3's operated by Frontier Airlines. On April 21, 1957, at 1321 hours, N65276, operating as Frontier Airlines flight 7 departed Prescott, Arizona enroute to Phoenix under visual flight rules (VFR) with 21 passengers and one stewardess. As the flight proceeded southbound toward Phoenix the weather deteriorated to a point where the flight could no longer remain clear of clouds and maintain VFR. Captain Welling requested and received an instrument flight rules (IFR) clearance to proceed to Phoenix via Knob intersection thence to the Phoenix omni range, maintain 7000 feet. The crew never acknowledged receiving the clearance. It is suspected that the reason there was no response is that this was the precise moment that flight 7 struck the west ridge of a mountain at the 4500’ level southeast of Prescott shearing off twelve feet of the left wing and six feet of the left aileron. After declaring an emergency, flight 7 landed safely at Phoenix Sky Harbor airport without further incident. There was no injury to the passengers or crew. The wing was replaced and the aircraft continued flying for Frontier. Sadly, N65276 was lost in a tragic accident in 1967 on a snowy Denver day when a rudder-lock had been placed on an elevator and not removed prior to take-off. Both pilots were killed in the crash. | Canadian Pacific Air Project Opensky Boeing 757-200RR |

File Description:
Boeing 757-200RR in Canadian Pacific Air livery (fictitious), using Project Opensky's wonderful aircraft, virtual registration C-FXRA. CP Air evolved into Canadian in April, 1987; and subsequently never used this aircraft; however, this would have been a fine addition to the airline's fleet of aging 727s. This is a very detailed model, and is nothing less than the best of what Project Opensky offers, with maximum animation and effects for a simmer's visual delight. Repaint done with 32-bit non-mipped reflective textures for polished metal effect. Original aircraft by Project Opensky.

of repainting. We at PAD were dissapointed at seeing nice repaints of the default Dash8 repainted with only one good full texture side.That is now history.

F-104G Starfighter, German Air Force, c/n 2094 (manufactured by Lockheed).
In service of German Air Force, 2. Wing of Fighter Squadron G 33 (2. Staffel Jabo G33),
in Buechel (near Cochem / Mosel). In a blank metal design from beginning service in 1962
to approx. 1964, then in a comouflaged desing with code: DC+245 --> at 1968: 20+81.
Preserved as gate guard of German Air Force Base Jagel with code: 23+81.

File Description:
This airbase, located about 35 NM in the west of Munich (Bavaria, South Germany),
is the homebase of JaBoG32 riding the Tornado PA200. The German flight check
department GMFS, using C-47 in the early days and thereafter Hawker-Siddeley 748
as well as HS-125 for periodic recalibration of the radar- and navigational
equipment at civil and military airfields, was also on the base till 1994.
After the final decision was made not to establish commercial air traffic although
it had been discussed for a long time period, I reworked the airbase completely.
Among other objects, 38 hardened shelters for combat aircraft have been emplaced.
The included AI-Package contains: Lockheed F-104E GAF, Panavia Tornado PA200 GAF,
Mikoyan MiG-29 GAF, Douglas C-47 GAF, Canberra B.20 GAF, Boeing E3A Nato, Boeing
KC-135 USAF and an aircraft.cfg for the MS Learjet 45.
Several F104's, Tornadoes and MiGs perform touch and goes in the local area,
a Nato E3A leaves IFR to Geilenkirchen (ETNG), an USAF KC-135 routes IFR to
Decimomannu (LIED), a Canberra B.20 (was used for high altitude validations) goes
IFR to Cologne (EDDK) high in the sky and a Learjet shoots IFR to Bremen (EDDW) per
attached flight plan.
Lago's FSE is required in order to see most of the emplaced buildings /objects.
Lets get ready to rumble, but keep in mind, don't argue with the flight checkers
if they are on duty.
