Northbrook East CF47 and Northbrook West CF48, Ontario, Canada

File Description:
Thirty five miles north of the 401 on Highway 41 is a small town called Northbrook, and in the town itself is a dirt strip with a runway 11/29 1,830 feet long, which for the sake of telling them apart I have called Northbrook East. I have no idea of the history, or even of the reason why. Less than a mile west of the town is a second dirt strip with a runway 04/22 2,200 feet long. This one (Northbrook West) was built to support construction of the electrical power line installation and there is a dirt clearing between the strip and the power lines. There is absolutely nothing at either of these fields, no fuel, no oil, no hangar, and a very rough surface. Although I have made these as grass strips in fact they are dirt; the reason I didn't make them dirt is that dirt in FS9 stands out for miles and looks awful.

Dago Red

Spitfire EN520

File Description:
This repaint is a depiction of a Mk IX Spitfire flown during World War II, by New Zealand's top scoring ace, Colin Gray. Colin Gray took over as squadron leader of 81 Squadron in early 1943, and flew EN520 during his time leading this squadron. This is the same aircraft that was used as the basis for the paint scheme on Doug Brooker's restored two seat Mk IX, MH367. This package is compatible with RealAir Simulations Spitfire 2008 package for FSX, which is available at http://www.realairsimulations.com.

FSDSV2 3D Books

File Description:
Two FSDSV2 books to enhance your virtual cockpit. Lay them on the front seat, put them on the rear floor. They are the ASA "PP Test Guide" and the "AOPA's Airport Directory". A grand total of eight (8) polygons are used for each. Each one was created at ground zero (0,0,0) so you will need to move then into position. The physical size is 8"X11" so you will need to zoom many times in FSDSV2 to see them. ;-) Bend them, twist them to meet your requirements.

Zlin 142 SP-ASG

File Description:
The Zlin Z-142 is a Czechoslovak all metal, two seat, sports and training plane. Its intended for basic or advanced training, for aerobatics and for IFR or night flying. This is original paint of airplane which is used in polish aeroclub in city Ostrow Wielkopolski (Airport EPOM).This package contains textures only and needs Milan Lisner's Zlin Z-142C AF aircraft (CVA Design). First polish aeroclub's paint of Z142 made by Zybi Urbanowski, texture SP-ASG (antialiasing paint) repaited by Jaroslaw Wozniak, Poland.

Cessna Skylane 182S - West Air

File Description:
Skin for Fs2002 default Cessna Skylane 182S. Caught a picture of a nice Cessna scheme on the net and followed the link to find myself at www.westairaviation.com ...turns out that West Air is a flight training operation and these are their new fleet colours! Enjoy the skin and if you are in the proximity of West Air you might want to consider an opportunity to seat behind the controls of one of those pretty Cessnas for real ;) Texture saved in DXT3 format, no mipmapping.

Piper Comanche PA24-400 (GPS fixed)

File Description:
Piper only built 148 400's from 1964-66 and claimed they were the fastest production 4 seat single available. There were some cooling and hot engine start problems as well as being heavy on fuel, but it was strong and fast ensuring a cult following. This FS2K2/4 only computer model performs similarly and uses a Piper panel (author unknown), working virtual cockpit and default Cessna sound. The aircraft includes landing lights as well as many keyframe animated parts (like Gmax)created in FSDS Pro 2.44.

People Express was a cheap-seat airline based out of Newark International NJ that started in Fall of 1980 following in the footsteps of Freddy Laker's Laker Airlines US-UK 'no frills' service. It lasted barely seven years before it was acquired by Texas Air Corporation and merged with Continental Airlines on February 1 1987.
