This airport update is made only for FSX with two optional files: one file with the Crosswind runway activated where all 4 runways will be used for takeoff/landing and one file as the default runway operation: assigned parking as per their website with extra parking including gate E1 for Sun Air Express, the main passenger terminal modified, runway 10C/28C now at its new length, taxiways and taxi signs updated to the latest charts, extra fuel trucks, support vehicle roads rebuilt and many other scenery improvements added, airport views are from the roof of the control tower (when in tower view) please view the readme before installation.

| Seattle Tacoma Intl (KSEA) Asbuilt Scenery |

File Description:
Seattle-Tacoma Intl Airport (KSEA) for FSX, update for default scenery.
Provides current runway numbering (16R/34L changed to 16C/34C). All runways
and taxiways are placed at correct geographic coordinates. Shoulders along
the runways and taxiways have been added and surfaces changed to present
an appearance that looks a little more realistic than the default airport.
Default scenery for terminals and buildings are reused, parking and jetways
have been adjusted to match current assignments. All runway and ILS holds
placed as they are. Localizer, glideslope, DME and PAPI coordinates are
asbuilt. A current copy of the FAA Airport Diagram is provided for reference.

This is an update to FSX Airport Scanner to deal with changes to AFX bgl files. The latest version generated some code that FAS could not understand. This version should deal with the issue and also includes our latest on-line updater code. This updater code should make future updates easier to deliver. FSX Airport Scanner will search through your FSX Addon Scenery for airports. It can be used to find duplicates or just give you information about what addon airports exist. Extra information can be seen including the XML code for the airport. Support is avaiable from the Airport Design Editor Forum at www.fsdeveloper.com.

File Description:
Douglas C47-B-DK c/n 33257. Purchased from Hunting Aviation in 1953 where it was registered as G-ANAS. Transfered to Wenela Rhodesia as VP-YSM then A2-ZEM. Sold to African Air carriers as ZS-KIV. It is probably the only DC-3 in the world to have suffered the most accidents and be rebuilt, it had survived no less than three landing accidents, one collision with a tree and two serious fires. One of the fires virtually destroyed the whole cockpit! The cockpit section from the original ZS-DCA, which had been abandoned at Lourenco Marques (Maputo) in 1975, was stitched on to this aircraft after one accident in the early 1990's. It finally crashed on landing in 2005 in the DRC at Kilembwe and remains there, untouched, as it is now trapped in a mine field. It was on a routine flight for Wimbidira Airways and was registered as 9Q-CWI. Prior installation of Manfred Jahn's outstanding FS2004 Douglas C-47 Base Pack (c-47_basepack_fs9.zip) is required. A high quality AFCAD2 file the John Wayne-Orange Co (KSNA) scenery by Shehryar Ansari. This file features assigned gates for all airlines that currently serve SNA. An extensive GA parking area has been added to the airport and includes Helipads. Cargo ramps for resident cargo operators FedEx and UPS are also provided. The aprons feature correct surfaces, and a tower view is now available at the airport. Nearly every available space at this airport has been used to provide a total of 83 parking positions, comprising 7 gates for regional jets, 14 gates for mainline aircraft, 4 Cargo Ramps and 58 GA ramps (7 of these can take a BBJ). Assigned parking is also provided for Martin Aviation, who have a base at SNA. Requires the scenery addon SNA2004.zip and SNA2004SP.zip by Shehryar Ansari - Not recommended to be used with the default FS airport. This file replaces the AFCAD that was released in 2005, and provides up to date gate assignments as of April 2010. Previous Version had 3672 downloads. Enjoy!

I've always had a particular fondness for Tofino CYAZ, located on the west coast of Vancouver Island. I made my first Tofino scenery in 2005 using Lago's FSE, and an updated version in 2006 using EZ-Scenery. Neither of those included custom models. This final version is a complete, from-the-ground-up rebuild. Every building and many of the other scenery objects are custom made based on photos and using photo textures. (The images in the "Tour" folder will take you on a tour of the real and virtual airport.) In the time since the first two virtual versions were made, a new terminal building has been added to the east ramp at the real Tofino, along with some new hangers, and the scenery includes these changes. Tofino has an NDB instrument approach (CYAZ NDB A.pdf), but night operations are not allowed. For this reason the new terminal building has no night lighting. The golf clubhouse restaurant and pro shop are open after dark for your shopping and dining pleasure. This scenery represents many hours of work...I hope you enjoy it.
