An FS2002 GPS flight Plan by the Ancient Brit. The 47th in a series of Round the World flight plans for the FS2002 default scenery. Depart Zurich (LSZH) runway 14, Switzerland and arrive 1 hour 36 minutes later at Orly (LFPO) runway 07, Paris, France. A slow winding climb through an Alpine valley is followed by a tour of the mountaintop before climbing to cruise. An early descent takes you over the centre of Paris past the Eiffel Tower and into a sweeping approach to finals. The flight briefing (Word and text) is for the default B737-400; it contains climb, cruise, top of descent and fuel loading details, waypoint timings and destination details.

Depart Thoise (Z13Q) runway 29, India and arrive 1 hour 24 minutes later at Kabul (OAKB) runway 29, Afghanistan. A very scenic flight. A climb up a valley followed by a tour between the mountain peaks and descent into a valley for the approach is featured. Keep a sharp lookout for you know who, there is a substantial reward still on offer. A VFR finals is featured (hand holding instructions given). Depart Qingshan (ZUXC) runway 36, China, and arrive 1 hour 9 minutes later at Putao (VYPT) runway 35, Myanmar. Skimming the tops of mountains and pass storming is involved. A STOL (Short takeoff and Landing) VFR finals is involved at Puta using a foolproof method, but a flight situation file is included if you want to try the finals before emabarking on the flight. The flight briefing (Word and text) is for a B737-400, it contains climb, cruise, top of descent and fuel loading details, waypoint timings and destination details.

Depart Reykjavik (BIRK) runway 20, Iceland and arrive 1 hour 55 minutes later at Kulusuk (BGKK) runway 11, Greenland. The departure takes you for a low level tour over and between mountains, climbs to cruise then descends for another low level tour over and between mountains before finishing with a VFR landing on a short gravel runway (Hand holding instructions given). The flight briefing (Word and text) is for the default B737-400; it contains climb, cruise, top of descent and fuel loading details, waypoint timings and destination details.

Pacific Sun (Fiji) ATR42-500 for AI

File Description:
Representation of Pacific Sun Airlines ATR42-500 for AI traffic. Pacific Sun is a new local/regional airline in the island nation of Fiji. Air Pacific, Fiji's international airline purchased local carrier, Sun Air in 2006, along with two ATR42-500 aircraft from Air Mauritius, to form Pacific Sun. Domestic service has commenced, and plans to expand regionally to provide flights to neighboring countries of Tonga, Vanuatu and Tuvalu are pending. This texture uses the ATR42-300 model from Project AI (http://www.projectai.com/), as there is no current -500 AI model available. A winter 2006 AI flight plan for Air Pacific, including the ATR flights, is available from AVSIM or from Dust Eagle at www.dusteagle.tk .

Traffic Changer final release

File Description:
Traffic changer is a tool to simplify AI for FS9. The user can make flight plans, compile BGL files (using included TTools) and place the final plans into FS9 using a "group" concept. This is ideal for managing fleets of AI aircraft or for users wanting to easily change AI traffic at a single airport. It installs with the 59 default AI aircraft available that are already in FS9, 5,500 of the most common airports and a sample flight plan. A tour makes it very easy to get started. Take control of AI with traffic changer. Freeware, complete installer. Requires VB5 runtimes (which almost everyone already has.) Tested only on XP and Win 2000 ... Approx. 2.5 Megabyte in size.

OPKC - Jinnah International Airport, Karachi, Pakistan for Microsoft default scenery. Even if you don't plan to visit, airways routes from Europe to India and the far east, which detour around Iraqi airspace, pass overhead or very close to this coastal city so your AI deserve the extra facilities, if nothing else. 58 parking spaces, of which 7 are cargo, 11 are GA and most are overspill (or long turnaround) parking as the main terminal area is somewhat cramped. Minor taxiway changes and ramp enlargements based on satellite photos. Gate numbering and positions based upon an official-looking chart of unknown authorship (not included). Please Zipdive into the NOTAMs before downloading this file.
