F4U-1A #883 Bu.17883, VMF-214 1st. Lt. Bob McClurg - December, 1943. This aircraft was also flown by Maj. Greg Boyington. Note that the paint is weathered and has a lighter, grayer hue, that matches many of the original photos of this aircraft. You must have DBolt's Improved Stock Model to use this skin. Enjoy!

File Description:
This is a texture file modified for Sergio Dolcemascolo's Improved Stock F4U-1A Corsair. The original stock texture file that this modification was taken from, was done by Loreto Spiteri. This Texture Folder contains unmirrored textures, and new damage files. This skin is entirely fictitious, but some of you like variety in your model diet. So here it is. Enjoy!

F4U-4 #315, VMF-322 2nd. Lt. Robert Dahlberg, Midway, 1945. F4U-4 painted over DBolt's F4U-1C. All new texture and damage files. The artwork above the tail code could not be identified from the photo, so a little guess work, and the squadron insignia became the artwork. Enjoy!

| F6F-5 Hellcat Minsi III CVG-15 |

File Description:
cfs2/Grumman F6F-5 Hellcat Minsi III CVG-15, BuNo. 70143, USS Essex, October 25, 1944. Painted over The B24 Guy's F6F-3 Overhauled Model. Pilot: Commander David McCampbell. As commander of Air Group 15, McCampbell was able to fly his assigned aircraft on almost every mission. Minsi III lasted longer than any of his other Minsis. In December of 1944, this plane was lost in an accident while being flown by McCampbell's replacement.This was probably the best known of all the Hellcats, as McCampbell made 20 of his 34 kills in the Minsi III. Complete Texture Folder with all texture and damage files included. By revev. Enjoy!

File Description:
cfs2/Grumman F6F-5K Hellcat 6 VU-5 Drone, Naha AB, Okinawa, 1958. Painted over The B24 Guy's F6F-3 Overhaul Model. At the start of the Korean War, these F6F's were designated "Drones." As Drones, they were used as remote-controled BOMBS (suicide bombers, without the pilots). The basis for this skin was that of an official Navy photo of the aircraft parked near the landing strip on the Air Base at Naha, in 1958. Complete Texture Folder with all texture and damage files included. By revev. Enjoy!

File Description:
cfs2/Grumman F6F-5 Hellcat 7 Paper Doll VF-27 USS Princeton, October 24, 1944. Painted over The B24 Guy's F6F-3 Overhauled Model. Pilot: Ens. Bob Burnell. Prior to Burnell's deployment to the USS Princeton, he hand painted the tiger teeth and eyes on all twenty-four of the VF-27 F6F-3's and 5's. The "Paper Doll" was just one out of the nine of the twenty-four F6F's that survived the sinking of the USS Princeton. Note the 3 kill flags marked on the starboard side, only. By revev. Enjoy!
