Thanks to Andrew Spring of www.p166.com!! The Piaggio P-180 Avanti is a Luxury Jetprop. Its design is the result of a "thinking outside the box" project philosophy. It means that building techniques are standard while aerodynamics are unique for it's kind. It features a three lifting surface design, laminar flow wing and twin pusher turboprop configuration. Passenger comfort features the possiiblity of standing in feet inside the plane, low noise due to pusher propellers and "Pininfarina" designed arrangement. Performances are unique too, cruising at 395 KTAS (260 KIAS) at 28000 ft, a jet-like speed, being the P-180 a twin turboprop. The result is a 40% reduced operational cost respect to a jet of similar size, and 30% less respect to a similar size turboprop, all at same price of a small Jet. This model is 804 Kbs with c.a. 19000 polygons in c.a.170 assemblies. This is a photoreal repaint for Warwick Carter's P-51D Mustang Ver. 2. "Geraldine" N5500S, owned by AMBHIB Inc., completed restoration with Square 1 Restoration in 2001 and is one of the most accurate Mustang restorations among types today. The aircraft is finished in the markings of the 361st Fighter Group, an aircraft flown by Maj. Chuck Cummins.

| P-51D N4451C "Warhorse" |

File Description:
P-51D 44-74444 'Warhorse' was flown in this scheme in the late '80s and early '90's by Dan Joyce and his partners. The hand in the noseart is a symbol for the practice of American Indians to mark their mustangs with warpaint. Following a crash landing in 1994, the aircraft was sold and is at present in storage in California. Repaint for the Shockwave World War II Fighters P-51D Mustangby Jan kees Blom, based on the paintkit by John Terrell.

| P-51D 'Miss Torque' |

File Description:
This is a repaint only for the WOP P-51D and WWII Fighters P-51D. This Mustang never saw combat during the second world war, and passed through the National guard after the war, before being sold to private pilots. She flew as ZK-PLI "Miss Torque" in New Zealand with the Alpine Fighter Collection between 1993 and 2003 before being sold and it returned to the USA. She is now flying with Jack Croul in a completely bare, factory fresh look.
Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the Shockwave paintkit.
