Globe Tile D200159 Scenery Pack

File Description:
This upload is a scenery package for globe tile D200159, an area of Pennsylvania that contains Clearfield to the north, State College (roughly center), and Altoona to the southwest. The West Branch of the Susquehanna R. is N., large Raymond Lake is ENE of Altoona, and the Juniata R. is SSE. The uploaded scenery package includes four edited gxx.trn for Fly!2, which flatten most of the bodies of water in globe tile 200159. Border areas were not edited to avoid compatibility problems with bordering globe tiles. Also included are Terrascene 2.1 day and watermask tga files for segments 5,4 and 6,3 plus the corresponding render options file OHPA.trp, which specifies the textures you need to match my segments with those segments you render. For your convenience, I included my Terrascene project file PennSt.tsp. Note: you must use my segment 5,4 for Raymond Lake to be flattened. The globe tile was rendered with options set for subdivideDensity=8 and subdivideTolerance=500.

The Bolzano Challenge

File Description:
Bolzano LIPB scenery for FS2002. Bolzano airport is situated in the Dolomiti Alps of North Italy surrounded by steep rising hills. The dangerous approach for this airport is one of Europe's hardest. In the color IFR charts included you will find what it takes to do the standard landing approach for rwy 01, the standard missed approach and the standard istrument departure. In real, only authorised pilots by Italy CAA are allowed to fly this demanding approach. The approach is an offset LOCDME, with a track that maintains terrain clearance, requiring you to fly a steep descent of 5 degrees where there is no glideslope guidance. When I saw that this amazing airport is FS2002 has only a runway and tower, I decided to create this addon which is a simple enhancing scenery for an airport left out empty by MS. The scenery includes, lighted taxiways, aprons, lighted terminal and hangars, perimeter fence, extra trees and correct approach lighting. ASD Textures included.

Battle of the Airlines 2003 : Mission Moon

File Description:
What a race... when The Battle of the Airlines Trophy organization announced the upcoming race "Mission Moon" back in December 2002 the community of flightsimmers was astonished.... going to the Moon with MS FlightSimulator was just not possible.... or was it? After a frantic race made up of 8 stages it became clear: it was possible. Starting in February 2003, for two months the 1500 pilots had to find their way that took them from the far north to the far south on the American continents. Not only did they have to fight their competitors but also short runways, failing aircraft, suicidal flightplans and most of all: RaceRunner Ray. But the reward was worth the hardship when they entered space and made it to the Moon and back! This file contains MP3 files only for computers that don't play the standard WAV files. In other words, if your computer plays ATC correctly when flying Mission Moon you don't need this file.

LEBB Bilbao-Loiu Airport V2.0

File Description:
LEBB Bilbao-Loiu airport, in Pais Vasco(to the North of Spain ). The terminal, called "La Paloma", and the tower were designed by the Arquitech Santiago Calatrava, and they are a model of a modern and nice Airport. This escenary incluid dynamics macros like hangars, finguers, docking system,... all of them were created with NovaSim, by Rafael G. Sanchez. This airport has been recommend by Julio Estefanía to be use with his fantastic Photorealistic scenery of Basque Contry, pais_vasco.zip. El Aeropuerto Bilbao-Loiu, se encuentra situado en el País Vasco (al norte de España). Su terminal, "La paloma", y su torre de control, diseñadas por el arquitecto Santiago Calatrava, permiten descubrir un moderno y bello aeropuerto. Incluye macros dinámicas como hangares, finguers, sistema de ayuda de atraque,.... creados con NovaSim, de Rafael G.Sanchez. Saipan Kagman Field

File Description:
The sixth in DBWsim Design's series of historic WWII airfields in the Marianas Islands is Saipan's Kagman (East) Field, on the eastern side of Saipan. This pack follows up scenery packs for Marpi Point, Isley and Kobler Field on Saipan and West Field and North Field Tinian. This scenery is a stand alone package and does not require any other DBWsim scenery packages to be fully functional. (but it does need Gerrish Grey's trees_v3.zip) Kagman Field has perhaps the least available information about it of all the WWII airfields on the Marianas Islands. However, it is understood to have still been operational into the early 1970's. Also it is alleged to have been used as a CIA training facility. DBWsim's scenery of this field includes the most comprehensive version of Kagman as it appears today as could be designed with the limited information available, as well as a (fictional) version of this CIA base at the field.

Anholt Isle, Denmark (EKAT) VFR Aerodromes

File Description:
FS2004 Scenery--Anholt Isle, Denmark (EKAT) VFR Aerodromes. Anholt is a small island 75 nm north of Copenhagen. It has a unique nature, hence 80% of the island is classified as desert and potected by law. During the summer EKAT plays a significent role for the thousands of tourists who visit the island to experience the fantastic and rare nature, and the operator of the aerodrome has scheduled two to three flights a day, often with two engine planes. Hence EKAT can be very crowded, The aerodrome has a 650x20 grass runway and is only open for VMC daily operations. EKAT is considered to be the closest to a dangerous approach you can get in Denmark, because heavy winds often create an unexpected turbulence over the surrounding dunes. In contradiction to the busy summertime, you find only 160 habitants on the island during winther; they rest after all the tourists are gone, and the quietness on the island is nearly unbelievable.

Nairobi/Jomo Kenyatta Airport, Kenya (HKJK)

File Description:
Whenever I have searched for files relating to HKJK, I have been rather dissapointed with the outcomes. Most other AF2 files of this airport are severely incorrect. As the North Terminal (Embasaki) is no longer operational for Commercial Flight, I have moved all the gates to the only operational terminal to the south of the runway. General Aviation aircraft now park at "Embasaki". As Kenya Airways (KQ) is Africa's second largest carrier, I have added many ficticious "small" gates to accomodate all the traffic. I have also added several heavy gates to accomodate the steady stream of heavy planes that land at HKJK also. Previously, all these planes would have disappeared upon landing. Finally I have included thin aprons either side of the runway as they would appear in real life. With this file, Jomo Kenyatta Airport will look more like the busy international airport that it is, and less like the rather lifeless airport that it is commonly portrayed as.

Executive Airbus A320 Package - Flightplans Included Version 2

***This is an update to my original upload (evolveai_executive_a320s.zip). It was brought to my attention that the aircraft.cfg entry for the IAE model was incorrect. This upload contains the correct entry so if you installed the original you'll want to replace your IAE entry with the on in this packge. If you've not downloaded the original package this one will function as a stand-alone version. Installation insructions are provided in the readme. Thanks to Andrew Langille for pointing this out.*** This package contains repaints and flight plans for the two known Airbus A320 aircraft in executive service. The flight plans are based on photo locations as well as a great deal of internet research. These aircraft visit 16 airports in Europe and the Middle East as well as North America and Asia. This package contains textures only so you’ll need both the Evolve AI A320 CFM and IAE base packages installed on your system.

SIDSTARS General Edward Lawrence Logan Intl (KBOS)

File Description:
PMDG Procedures based on Cycle 0613 (21Dec-18Jan) FAA NACO Digital Terminal Procedures. Includes both WYLYY6 (RNAV) and LOGAN3 (Vectors) departures; LOGAN is provided as published for use with ATC vectors and with nine enumerations that provide routing from runway to departure gates BAF SEY MHT CMK prescribed by FAA Preferred Routes and five others including FRILL for North Atlantic routes. All STARS except WOONS (prop only) are provided as published or with enumerations for four runway choices each; except SCUPP3 which can be used with either ATC vectors or with route to either ILS27 or a visual approach to 33L. The visual approach route is very similar to many actual tracks observed online at flightaware.com. All approaches are included except the circling-only VOR/DME or GPS-A approach. The text header of the procedures file includes SID and STAR charts with information many may find very useful for selecting procedures.
