UK Hawks Part3: Battle of Britiain Tribute Complete AI Package

File Description:
Military AI Works is proud to present the UK Hawks Part 3: Battle of Britain Tribute Package for FS2004. MAIW pays tribute to "The Few" who fought during one of the most decisive aerial campaigns of World War II, the Battle of Britain. This package adds a specially marked green and brown Hawk aircraft to 19(R) Squadron of the RAF paying tribute to the Supermarine Spitfire aircraft flown by various RAF fighter squadrons during the battle. Also included are flightplans that will depict the historic September 15th flypast of former Battle of Britain fighter stations. IRIS F-14A in VF-14 Tophatters Low Vis Carrier Ops Colours Aircraft #: AC 112 Callsign: Camelot 112 Highly detailed repaint including decals and patches as used on jackets and helmets during the '86-87 Mediterranian Cruise aboard the USS John F. Kennedy CV-67 Carrier. High resolution repaint in carrier ready blue/grey with clean paint and no weathering/wear and tear effects added. Armaments and stores repainted to live ammunition and unit decals added to the external fuel tanks and pilot flight suits. VFA-14 celebrates 90 years of continuous service in 2009 as an attack/fighter squadron currently using F/A-18's. The F-14 A/B/D variations were used for over 30 years of service with the US Navy and Marine Corps. before being retired in 2006.

Grumman Widgeon VC radial engines

File Description:
A very rare version of a Radial Widgeon. 450hp P&W R-985 engines gives solid performance on a rather light aircraft. VC has night lighting and custom XML gauges, a switch to move the yoke out of the way, rain effects, and much more. Exterior model weighs in at just under 18,000 polys. Clean mesh and tight texture maps allows this high detail model to run very smooth. Engine temperature management is required to prevent overheating, dont forget the cowl flaps! Airfiles are scratch built, and meet the few numbers I could find for this rare version of the Widgeon. Custom sounds, big and beefy... but a good custom set would replace it. Many hours into this project, I hope you enjoy it so far. Happy flyin!

California Central Coast Scenery with Ultimate Terrain USA

File Description:
This is a complete revision to California Central Coast Scenery CCCOASTU.ZIP that was uploaded 9/13/05. This revision involves most of the files and replaces CCCOASTU.ZIP in it's entirety so the original version of CCCOASTU and it's Revisions 1 and 2 or any other versions of my CCC scenery are NOT required.

The primary goal for this revision was to replace as many API objects and effects as possible with XML/MDL library objects. The original intent for making these conversions was to begin to prepare for the FSX version of CCC scenery if that becomes practical. Because I also made several improvements and fixes during that process and because performance was improved due to use of object libraries I realized it might be appropriate to upload the results as a revision.
