TACAN Replacements - Australia

File Description:
By default, all of the TACAN navigational aids present within FSX have the bearing component turned off, so as to properly represent the real world result of tuning in the DME component of a TACAN with a civilian plane. However, this limits their functionality when you wish to use them in conjunction with an aircraft (generally military) equipped with a representation of a functioning TACAN system. This scenery download contains 9 adjusted/changed navigational aids for Australia to represent nearly all currently active TACAN stations. Scenery was created after receiving a request from a fellow AVSIM forum member currently posted at RAAF Pearce. Enjoy & good luck!

Reduced Vertical Separation Minimum Gauge

File Description:
FS2004 Gauge: Reduced Vertical Separation Minimums (RVSM). This small gauge with a scrollable window is designed to give quick reference to all authorized VFR and IFR altitudes (to FL 590) based on the track of an aircraft. It also displays vertical separation requirements at each altitude. Magnetic tracks are monitored and and the active sector is indicated inside the West/East sector windows. The gauge is simple in operation with only two scroll buttons. The display screen is laid out to present all data in an understandable manner and to retain readability even at small gauge sizes. Pitcairn Islands - Complete Scenery

File Description:
This project is a complete & much more accurate scenery rendition of the Pitcairn Islands archipelago than the default scenery in FS2004. The scenery includes all 4 islands redesigned, with detailed coastlines, Landclass with the only settlement, Adamstown represented, and accurate Waterclass representing the shallow reef banks bright colors. A fictional AFCAD for each island was also made, with all 4 having a water landing area either along the coast or inside the lagoons. Ducie Island has a small sand strip as well. Some scenery objects were added, mostly on Pitcairn Island, to recreate both the island's jetty & the Old Radio/Weather station. Enjoy everyone!

Cologne/Bonn Airport - Germany (EDDK)

File Description:
Improved and updated AFCAD for the fabulous Aerosoft scenery "Cologne/Bonn Airport" (payware). You will find all airlines at their respective gates as of September 2007. It includes passengers airlines, cargo, GA and military gates. Made from various sources (maps, charts and pictures) including the official airport Web site. All Flight Plans and aircraft are available for free from sites like AVSIM or can be used with payware softwares like Ultimate Trafic (recommended). Fanda Dash8 Mod

File Description:
A modification/addon for the Fanda Dash 8 1.004b -Enlarge virtually all the panel gauges and windows to make them easier to read and work with. -Stopped the secondary windows from opening on startup. -Added Sidney Schwartz's panel hot spots. Look at the enclosed gif file to see where they are. -Added panel sideviews by Dan Port. In short, I've tweaked what others have done and included it all in one package for you. Also enclosed is a weight and balance calculator for the Dash8. This is NOT a load manager (there is one of those included with V1.004b of the aircraft). It's a handy little tool for flight planning...
