Replacement Overcast Water Texture

File Description:
The default milky "white/green" texture is highly unrealistic in very grey overcast conditions such as we often find here in Europe. The replacement texture will change this to a more convincing "blue/grey" cast. Version 2 has a darker blue/grey than my version 1 and presents a more realistic colour and in particular it's much improved in "dark overcast" conditions. Version 2 also offers better transitions from "overcast" conditions to "clear" conditions. It should be understood the default "milky green - overcast water texture" colour is dependant on the display settings. The replacement texture supplied will only work on DX9 compliant video cards. You must be able to move the "Water Effects" slider all the way to the right! If not then don't install them as you won't be able to see them!

Project AI Replacement Models

File Description:
Since Project AI models are not frame rate friendly, I made replacements for those models which are not available from AI Aardvark. After replacement of all PAI models you will notice almost no effect on your frame rates, whether there is heavy traffic or no traffic on your airport.

Working TACAN Beacons in the Netherlands (For Default or NL2000 Scenery)

File Description:
In real-life TACAN beacons require a TACAN receiver to receive the course (OBS) information of the beacon. With a civil VOR/DME receiver you only receive the distance (DME) from the beacon. The problem in FS is that there are no dedicated TACAN gauges, so it's not possible to perform TACAN approaches. These approaches require course information of the beacon. To overcome this problem this scenery modifies the TACAN beacons in the Netherlands so you can fully use them with civil receivers. So are able to fly TACAN approaches. United 'Jet Mainliner' Caravelle

File Description:
United Caravelle - once used for the "businessman's special" between Newark and Chicago - flies again! Interestingly, United never flew the Caravelle west of Denver (except for Maintenance in San Francisco) commercially. You must have Roman Smishkewych's Caravelle 1.0 for Fly!
