Now submerges via Landing Gear control so others can see it in multiplayer mode. Tweaked the top speed down a bit for realism. Periscope raises/lowers via Spoilers control. Has ship's wake sfx. Custom engine "whir" sound, and custom "periscope view" 2D panel.
