Moving Map ROTW 230 PA 28 by Laurent Claudet and TJ (ROTW). The ROTW PA 28 is now equipped with the new ROTW 230 moving map GPS. Hummelbird Fern

File Description:
The Hummelbird is an all-aluminium homebuilt designed by Morrey Hummel. It has a 6-metre wingspan and is powered by half a VW engine. Yes, half! (2 cylinder, 37 hp) This model has the same paint job as my real Hummelbird and, after months of fiddling with the flight dynamics, it "flies" very similar to my real one, warts and all. The Hummelbird has a cruise of 110 mpg, stalls at 40 or so, and it is smooth to fly even on windy, bumpy days. The panel is a photo of mine, so I can get quite involved in the simulation...
