cfs2/Grumman F6F-3 Hellcat No. 22 VF-5, USS Yorktown, late February 1944. Painted over The B24 Guy's F6F-3 Overhauled Model. Pilot: Lt(jg) Robert W. Duncan. He was the first carrier based Hellcat pilot to shoot down a zero, shoooting down two A6M5s over Wake Island on October 5, 1943. Complete Texture Folder with all texture and damage files included. The 849th Naval Air Squadron was--of which P1X was attached--was founded on August 1, 1943, and was disbanded on October 31, 1945 (see 849th history file). File Description:
This is another fictional repaint of the FSX AI Default MD-83. I didn't own the textured tail, but the tail was from Fahim Safi, who created the repaint designed for FS2004 only. However, I've made modifications by starting a blank texture from scratch and put his creation onto the blank texture. But at least, I made the Delta Emblem on the fuselage. Splash screen included.
