Tips and Tricks Number 21 - April 2006 Edition. This issue includes a brief introduction to online flying with a partner, as well as several new ideas to enhance your flying experience. Of special interest is a segment which explains how to make a backup DVD FS2004 installation disk, plus several other useful ideas and links to helpful utilities. Included is the popular "From the E-Mail Bag" department which answers a question of general interest and a section describing an aircraft of Historical interest. There is even a Tip or two to help improve your relationship with the one who thinks you spend far too much time "flying". An updated index, by John Burford, for the entire series, in .pdf format is included. As usual, I have attempted to provide something of value for everyone, regardless of your experience level. Please unzip to a temporary location, using the folders option. Compiled in .pdf format for your flying enjoyment.

| FSPilot Flight Plans - Innsbruck to Bolzano and Return |

File Description:
These flightplans require the freeware Autopilot/EFIS/Flight Planner software, FSPilot, available here at Avsim (fspilot_142.zip). Both plans take you through valleys and over the top of the mountains to help you appreciate the spectacular scenery of Northern Italy and Southern Austria. Installation instruction contained in the enclosed .pdf document.

This is the last issue before Summer Vacation and it is packed fuller than usual with a wide assortment of tips and ideas designed to enhance your FS2004 flying experience. Of special interest is a segment which will help you create your own VIP parking space. The regular "From the E-mail bag" and "Of Historic Interest" segments are included as well as several suggestions for unusual Vacation Destinations - three in South America and one in the Caribbean. Also included is a brief tribute to the late Leon Louis. An updated index in .pdf format for the entire series by John Burford is also included. Version 2.1 of my expanded checklist and procedures for this popular add-on.With informative coloured context sensitive additional information which takes over where Mike Ray's Tutorials left off.Specifically written for this simulator in Microsoft Word and in large font covering ten pages,print out a copy,staple them together and tick off each action as you perform them.There is even a Standby Cabin Altitude Table with instructions for setting up the Pressurisation panel properly for each flight so you stay safe.You will need a colour printer with a Black cartridge also. Could easily be modified to support the PMDG 737 Next Generation series as well.
