This is a repaint of PMDG's excellent 737NGX series. These textures represent a P-8A Poseidon of the United States Navy as it could appear as a member of VP-16, "War Eagles" at NAS Jacksonville, FL. This scheme is presently fictitious. VP-16 is the first fleet squadron that is transitioning to the P-8A and is in training now. The textures are those of an artist interpretation and resulting rendition. THESE ARE TEXTURES ONLY! You need the PMDG "737 NGX 800/900 Base Pack" payware package.

This scheme is presently fictitious. VP-45 has not received any Poseidons as of yet. When they do it may or may not appear as these textures represent. The textures are those of an artist interpretation and resulting rendition.

This repaint was done to honor all the former personnel of VF-33, The Starfighters, and their families. GONE BUT NOT FORGOTTEN, VF-33 was disestablished in 1993. This repaint represents TARBOX 211, a Tomcat of VF-33 that participated in Operation Desert Storm (1991). On January 19, 1991 Tomcats from VF-33 flew as part of a package that destroyed the critical Latifiya SCUD missle production facility in Iraq. Each VF-33 crewmwmber who participated in the strike was awarded the Navy Commendation Medal with combat distinguishing device. Aircraft and paintkit by IRIS.

File Description:
Berry Aviation San Marcos, Texas. Flights taken from FlightAware for April, 2010 - with some minor adjustments. Berry Aviation began operations in 1983 with one pilot and a twin-engine Piper Seneca. In April, they were operating ten aircraft for a variety of customers throughout the U.S. Of these, they were operating four MetroIIIs from North Island NAS to San Clemente, Island off the California coast for the US Navy. Their three Dornier 328-100s operate ad-hoc passenger charters, though two are currently stored at San Marcos and are for sale.

Marinha do Brazil Douglas A-4KU Skyhawk; for retro military AI traffic. This package is modeled to the version-2 standards I established for this aircraft project. This current-traffic package contains the A-4KU and TA-4KU Skyhawk models of the Brazilian Navy, with a total of 10 loadout variations and 23 repaints. Combined with an all-new FDE set by the venerable Mike MacIntyre, this should be a nice addition to anybody's retro AI world. Original aircraft by Nick Black, modifications and paints by Mike Pearson, dynamics by Mike MacIntyre.

This folder contains a repaint for the Grumman G44A Widgeon by Flysimware. It shows Grumman G-44A Widgeon #1367 SE-APO of Dagens Nyheter. It was originally J4F-2 BuNo #37737 with the US Navy. It was bought in 1946 by the newspaper Dagens Hyeter in Sweden, to be used aa a plane to take reporters on assignments. It was sold to Finland in 1956, where it crashed in June 1968 at Helsinki-Malhi, Finland. Repaint by JanKees Blom, based on the paintkit by Flysimware. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom.
