Start at these Designated Airports,then Goto any Airport! - via the FS9 World menu and return to the Original Airport - every time! - By Just turning the GPS/nav switch to GPS and Flight Director and autothrottle on whilst still on the ground.Click on the Autopilot, IAS, ALT and Nav Hold switches once above 1000ft - thats it !! . Set Weather and Altitude as required and Speed in autopilot and away you go. Use the FS9 ATC as You Travel, call into Airport when close and receive the curent ATIS and Runway approach in use. The added circuit flights are on Autopilot and allow you to observe the airport befor landing.They make good moving screen savers - but make sure you have plenty of fuel!compatible with UK2000 Airports & VFR scenery for UK.

San Antonio International Airport (SAT/KSAT)

File Description:
Accurate rendition of the KSAT airport. Includes accuarate gate numbering and locations for all airlines serving the airport as well as assigned cargo areas and parking for general aviation aircraft. This is my continuing series of doing airports that have been neglected by both MS and the community. Hopefully this will enhance flying into this airport for those of you that frequent it. Terminal space was mostly satisfactory even though not shaped correctly in some instances. Every gate, however, is present and correctly numbered and airlines assigned to the right gates based on the SAT airport website. American and Southwest seem to be the dominant carriers to this airport both offering extensive intra Texas service. I will be continuing to do mid sized aiports accross the US and then probably do some updates to my original Central America and Caribbean afcads. One for the St. Thomas airport in the US Virgin Islands should be up within 24 hours as well. Enjoy flying Texas!

Stanford Torus Space Station v1.5

File Description:
Updated with MUCH nicer and smaller textures!! What will future space colonization realistically look like? What is it like to approach a rotating station almost 2km in diameter? The Stanford Torus is based on a design created during a 10 week program in 1975 held at NASA’s Ames Research Center and Stanford University. The project participants considered how to create a practicable permanent colony in space using existing technology at minimum cost. The habitat is over 1800m in diameter and spins at 1 rpm to provide 1g of pseudo-gravity. Package includes a scenario to fly from the ISS up to a GEO rendez-vous with Stanford, as well as documentation on the station itself. INSTALLATION: You need Vinka's spacecraft.dll to use this add-on. A link is provided in the documentation. 1. Unzip files into your Orbiter directory, preserving the directory structure in the zipfile. 2. Load up the Stanford scenario in the Stanford directory in the Orbiter start window. 3. Enjoy the trip!

Air Glaciers - HTAI Beech and Mike Cronin Pilatus

File Description:
This package lets you have a Beech holiday in the mountains. Air Glaciers operates Beechcraft King Airs from Sion to various destinations closer to the sea. They are frequent visitors to Corsica across to Krk (Rijeka) from their mountain lair. This package contains three Beech King Air repaints based on the Henry Tomkiewicz AI King Air 200 (4-blade, strakes) and, one they've got you to Sion there are three Pilatus Turbo Porters (based on the Mike Cronin low-poly PC6) to carry you onward into the mountains. The King Airs have accurate weekly flightplans (plus a few charters) and the Turbo Porters have very simple plans that service nearby airports. The effect at Sion is quite nice. If you want the Turbo Porters to service altiports you'll need to devise your own plans and find a way of landing AI on steep slopes! If you manage that, you can start on the choppers ... Now I'm going on the piste ... (aka having a beer ...). Enjoy!

RCAF Avro Arrow 416 Lynx Squadron

File Description:
Textures only. Avro Arrow in 416 Lynx Squadron, Royal Canadian Air Force. Real plane, real livery, but fictional that this livery was on this plane, as the real plane was never addopted into service. Inspired by a repaint by Shane Strong (do a search for his repaints, some 190 quality paints!) on the Alphasim Voodoo, I undertook to replicate (nothing coppied from his work) the feel of that historic 'special' livery, on what the RCAF pilots SHOULD have been flying...the Arrow. If you don't know this plane, or it's history, you really ought to do a search and check out it's story. Amazing, powerful, speedy, had many technological firsts, and many more which were being designed but never completed (imagine for instance it's missiles, which were basically simple AMRAAM's in the 60's) Requires:Mike Stone's Avrow Arrow, get it at: http://www.pmstone.com/ or any of the usual big sites. Optional:"Version 2 Update" (edit/tweek, effects) by Bob Chicilo (got mine at Avsim).

At least that's how it appears in the case of a local bush pilot, Randy Morgan, who had quite a large one to tell. At 6 PM on the evening of the 16th, Randy and one passenger took off in a Cessna 182RG from Maloney's Tavern on his way back to Ketchikan. "The weather was good and I had no idea what was about to happen" said Randy Morgan. "We had planned our flight to pass over Raptor's Roost and Punchbowl Lake before heading into Ketchikan when I saw it." Eurocopter EC-505 Tiger, for FS2004 (INFO: FREEWARE - previewversion: limited detail and without virtual cockpit) TIGER HAP The Tiger HAP is an air-to-air combat and fire support medium-weight (6 tonnes) helicopter fitted with 2 MTR 390 engines. It is daytime and night combat capable and is operable in NBC environments. Three basic parameters were taken into account right from the start of the development phase: low (visual, radar and infrared) detectability, which provides excellent survivability on the battlefield, maximum efficiency of the weapons and the associated fire control systems without heavier workload for the crew, and an optimized logistic concept offering minimum possession costs. The Tiger HAP is fitted with a 30-mm gun turret; 68-mm submunition rockets, and air-to-air Mistral missiles. It also features a firing sight with 3 sensors: infrared, TV camera and direct optical channel. The complete avionics suite includes multi-purpose color displays and radar/laser warning receivers.
