The De Havilland Heron must be the smallest four engine airliner in the world! And it can take off and land almost anywhere. This, the first in my Three Herons series, represents the Mark 1 variety with fixed undercarriage. This is G-ANXB - named Sir James Simpson, which served British European Airways for many years serving the Scottish islands and regularly used to land on the beach at Barra. This package includes a high detail panel featuring many new gauges. As these gauges are common to all three in this series, these have been placed in a separate download herongg.zip. IBERIA has recently ordered 8 Airbus A330-300 aircraft (powered by GE, with an option for 8 more). First of them will be delivered on last quarter of 2012, and meanwhile, IBE is going to operate on wet lease other 2 A330-200. These 330's will replace older A340-300 on long range operations. Some colleagues from IBERIA Virtual on IVAO have asked for this gorgeous lady, so everybody can fly her from now on. Requires payware Wilco-Feelthere A330-300 GE.

File Description:
Originally built as a military version Dominie for the RAF as NR743, VP-KEF c/n 6831 was purchased by East African Airways in 1947. In 1961 it was re-registered as 5H-AAN and transferred to Seychelles Kilimanjaro Air Transport Ltd in 1961. It is currently in South Africa, registered ZS-JGV and undergoing a complete rebuild and engine overhaul. Textures only. Prior installation of Dave Garwood's de Havilland DH.89A Dragon Rapide (fs9_dh89.zip) is required. Repaint by Andre Reimers.

Kenmore Air Harbor, "Rocky's Flying Beaver" for the FS2004 Aerosoft DHC-2 Beaver package... Kenmore Air's N57576 Beaver was repainted in 2010 in this Rocky and Bullwinkle paint scheme... although the real aircraft depicts the DHC-2 Beaver Mk1 8 seat model with the bubble side windows... Aerosoft's 8 seat float model has vary apparent texture mapping issues... so I choose to use the 5 seat float model instead... it's not true to the real aircraft, but the 5 seat model has fewer errors.
