File Description:
The northern coast of the Gulf of Alaska is a paradise for Bush pilots. You´ll find many small interesting airstrips and exciting glacier formations up here, especially when you use some third party mesh and landclass files. While it can be used "as is" without any other software, it will develop its full potential if used as moving map with SimSystem´s FSFlightMax or FSGarmin. It wouldn´t have been possible without Richard Harvey and his love to flightsimming, so please consider this file to be "donationware" and make a however small contribution to the Richard Harvey Endowed Scholarship.

Papua New Guinea charts for FSMMM

File Description: Re-upload. What these are: calibration files for use with Rana Hossain's freeware program FSM Moving Map (FSMMM) and the PNG Charts hosted by the AVSIM file library. What these are not: the charts themselves. In order to use the charts, you will need to download three additional files, which are much larger than this one: png_charts_1.zip (35mb), png_charts_2.zip (35mb), and png_charts_3.zip (36mb). Why not package everything together? To minimize file size. The original image files, which are quite large, were uploaded to AVSIM and calibrated for the payware program FSMap by David Wilson-Okamura. Within a few days, downloaders started asking how to use the charts with the freeware program FSMMM. New charts (which are quite large to store and download) weren't needed, just new calibration files (which are quite small). These were created by TERRY CARR, who is the hero of this download. To use the charts with FSMMM, first download all four of the files listed here, including this one. You don't need to download FSMMM again if you already have that installed.) Unzip all of them into the folder where you keep your FSMMM charts. Then run FSMMM and use the mass import feature. If you don't know how to do that, please read the manual or, if that doesn't help, Google is your friend.

Holger's Glacier Bay Instrument Approach Charts

File Description:
This is a collection of instrument approach plates for the area encompassed by Holger Sandman's outstanding Glacier Bay scenery (available here at Avsim.com as freeware) located in the northern third of southeast Alaska. These IAPs serve communities where no previous instrument approach existed, utilizing either GPS or NDB as the primary navaid.

CityBird 1998 AI Flightplans

File Description:
CityBird was founded in late 1996 with the slogan "The Flying Dream" as a Belgian leisure airline with a white MD-11 leased from World and two 767s(one in a white livery and one in the green livery). By 1998, there was also an MD-11 in the full CityBird green colors and 2 in full SABENA titles with Swissair stickers that was operated on behalf of those two carriers to North America and Brazil. The 737s and 2 cargo A300 did not come until the very end of 1999 and are not included in these flightplans. The airline offered 3 classes of service, "Royal Eagle" class(buisness), "Premium Flamingo(premium economy), and "Colibri" class(economy). There was an interesting Just Planes\World Air Routes flight in the cockpit video made about this carrier, if that interests you. Michael Pearson has painted the fleet, the FAIB 767-300 is on Avsim as "faib_767-300_ctb.zip" and the FSPX MD-11 as "fspx_md-11_ctb.zip". LTU International Airways McDonnell Douglas DC-10-30ER

File Description:
Presenting a fictional TriJet of sorts, an LTU DC-10-30. LTU never operated this kind of trijet in real life, as they only operated the MD-11, a successor of the DC-10, and the L-1011. This is a textures only pack. You need to have the SGA DC-10-30 basepack in order to install it.

Aribus A330GE-CF6 80E1A soundpack

File Description:
Hi everybody! This is a simple update of Devyn Silverstein A330 GE-CF6 soundpack of 2005 (done with his permission).

I just increased whine volume and decreased wind volume to make them matched the best it could. Now you will hear a true whine sound of A330's CF6-80E1A at take off. I also modified the rate of whine sound to include the decrease of spool that we can hear when pulling back throttles from TOGA or FLEX position to CLIMB (CL) position.New gear up, gear down, flaps sounds included. I hope you'll all enjoy it. I wish you nice flights.
