| Lockheed L-049 Constellation (48-610) USAF "Columbine II" |

This folder contains a repaint for the A2A Lockheed L049 Constellation in the colors of 48-610 "Columbine II". It was delivered to the USAF as a C-121A in 1949 and was used for flights between MacArthur Field NY and Keflavik on Iceland in 1949. It was then converted to VC-121A and became the presidential aircraft "Columbine II" for president Eisenhower until 1954. After 1954 is was used as a VIP aircraft for the remainder of its Air Force career, with a brief stint in Thailand as N9907F during 1955. It was retired in 1968 and used for spares by Christler Flying Service between 1970 and 1984, registered as N9463. It was restored to flying condition in 1989-90 by Mel Christler and Harry Oliver and made some flights in 1990-91. Attempts to sell it were unsuccesful,a nd the aircraft was stored at Avra Valley airport until 2015, when it was sold to Dynamic Aviation of Bridgewater VA, who are hoping to restore it and to fly it on airshows. This folder contains a repaint for the Milviz P-38L, representing P-38J-20-LO 44-23511 "ARKANSAS TRAVELER" from the 392nd Fighter Squadron, 367th Fighter Group, 9th Air Force, flown by James Owen Fincher, from Camden, Arkansas
James Fincher was born December 24, 1920 in Camden, Arkansas. During World War II he flew 62 missions as the pilot of the P-38 Lighting named "ARKANSAS TRAVELER". James Fincher passed away aged 92, October 28, 2013 at the Ouachita County Medical Center, Camden, Arkansas. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by Milviz.

| Lockheed P-38L 14th FG #131 "Elaine Marie / Butch" |

This folder contains a repaint for the MIlviz P-38L, representing P-38J-15-LO 42-104111, which for a while was the assigned aircraft of Lt George Baird of the 49th FS, 14th FG, 15th AF, based in Italy during 1944. The aircraft was named Elaine Marie after his wife, while Butch was his nickname for his son, George. This particular aircraft was destroyed during a landing inbcident at Triolo on the 29th september 1944, while Lt Baird was hit by flak and crashed in Hungary on the 26th of November 1944, flying another P-38. He is buried at the Ardennes war cemetery in Belgium. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by Milviz.

This folder contains a repaint for the MIlviz P-38L, representing P-38J-25-LO 44-23677 as flown by Major Robert C. "Buck" Rogers, the CO of the 392nd FS/ 367th FG, based in Peray, France in September 1944. All his victories were ground victories, five JU-52's scored during a single mission on august 25th, 1944. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by Milviz.

File Description:
This folder contains a repaint for the Lockheed P-38 by Flight Simulations Design (FSD), representing F-5F-3-LO 44-25546 of GR2/33 'Belfort" of the Free French Air Force. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom. I have included two versions, one with a painted on camera window on the nose ("French F-5") and one looking like a normal P-38 ('French P-38'). You can pick the one you like. Please note that I have changed the texture size from 4096x4096 to 2048x2048, for the main textures, the spec files and the bump maps, which are all included. This should give better frame rates I hope.

File Description:
This is a repaint of Tim Conrad's T-Bird (t-33_ppp.zip). Panel lines have been re-drawn for more accuracy. Aircraft is depicted in French Air Force markings whilst serving with CEVSV 338 in Luxeuil during June 1981, a few months before those machines were retired. Repaint by Michel GERARD.
