This is the first release package of 38 EditVoicepack files for FS2004/FSX by the Alpha India Tower Group. Our goal is to provide accurate ATC calls in order to provide Microsoft Flight Simulator traffic with quality ATC. These sounds are the best that we have been able to compile and are accurate as of release date and to the extent that our data and the limitations of the EditVoicepack allow. This is a small patch for four of the AI ship models included in "130 AI ships and AI Ship Traffic ". It corrects two texture issues on two ships and two minor modeling issues on two other ships. The ships in this package are complete, so they can also be used for creating your own AI ship traffic, but this package does not include any AI routes. You can find appropriate AI traffic files for these ships in "130 AI ships and AI Ship traffic". Most models included have hard surface helipads.

File Description:
Camden Field was once a wartime American airfield, which shows up in the wide east-west runway that has more recently been partly resurfaced. There are no runway markings beyond a centre line, and it just sort of tapers off at the sides and the eastern end into the bush. In contrast to the renovated hangar to the north of the western end of the runway the buildings to the south haven't been touched by any recent tender-loving-care. There is a wonderful patched-together shed and a small control tower, which was built on the edge of the existing runway. This makes it appear rather close to the edge of the resurfaced runway area. Do not be fooled, this is not an illusion; it IS close to the edge of the runway. Just take comfort in the thought that the prevailing southeast winds (for much of the year) will tend to blow you away from it as you approach for a landing from the west. And I kept the pre-renovation version of the old hangar when I found some old pics of the crop dusting operation from five years ago.

File Description:
Shea Field is a recently-licensed privately-owned grass airfield in Ontario, 25 miles southeast of ottawa, and south of Highway 417. When I visited I was greeeted by the horse, peering around the end of it's stable shed at the corner of apron and runway. I walked over to the house and rang the doorbell and the dog said hello and that exhausted all social contact. The hangar is large but I have no idea what is inside. There was one plane parked on the apron with a skirt of uncut grass so presumably it hasn't flown for a few months. It was a Citabria in what looked like good condition; I don't have a Citabria to park there so I put a Cub. My favourite building is the old barn, leaning to one side as if seeking support for an elbow. To the north there are some farm sheds and grain silos, and to the northwest a tall mast; avoid it. To find the field without a gps follow the 417 and look for the tall mast just west of a major highway wiggle.

File Description:
This folder contains a repaint for the Ryan ST-A by A1R Design Bureau. It shows Ryan ST-M ZK-ABC. After a 33 year restororation, Ryan STM-S2 ZK-ABC, serial number 492, nicknamed 'Charlie', took to the air over Hamilton back on 16 September 2013 with restorer and owner Noel Kruse at the controls.
Charlie served with the Netherlands East Indies Naval Air Service in Java in 1941, as S-56, and was evacuated to Australia when Japanese forces occupied the island. From 1942 to 1945 Charlie served with the Royal Australian Air Force as A50-29. Demobilised in 1946 Charlie flew with a number of Aero Clubs and private owners as VH-AHC, until he was 'retired' in 1977. In 1980 Charlie was found in a hay shed in Jerilderie NSW by Noel Kruse who started the long process of returning Charlie to flight. In 2006 Charlie and Noel moved to live in New Zealand and on 16 September 2013, 36 years since he last flew and 33 years since Noel found him, Charlie took to the air again as a genuine 'Warbird' with the New Zealand registration ZK-ABC.
