FTTN Am-Timan, Chad

File Description:
Googly scenery for Am-Timan (ICAO: FTTN, ICAO: ANC), also known as Am Timan, Am Timane, Am Timmane, Umm Timman - take your pick! It is a small airport serving a small city of the same name in South-Eastern Chad, almost exactly centred in the continent of Africa. The airport was upgraded in 1971 by the French Foreign Legion to allow military transport craft to land, but it still retains a sand/dirt strip. The airport is served today by a couple of flights a week using Fokker Fellowship jets of Toumai Air Tchad. The entire area is very dry and sandy but for some reason it is depicted in Flight Simulator as green and lush. Microsoft have only provided a runway at this airport and this scenery seeks to redress the situation so that you and your "AI" traffic can use the airport realistically. The scenery does not purport to be ultra-accurate. Based on high quality satellite imagery from Google Earth, the layout is proportionally correct but the added airport features, such as buildings, are built from default Microsoft objects and add-on libraries so will not look exactly like the real thing. You are not obliged to download and install any additional scenery libraries, but to enjoy this scenery in its entirety, you may wish to. It will work fine, with or without.

File Description: Googly scenery for WBGT Long Banga, Tanjung Manis (sometimes also referred to under the ICAO code WBTM) - a small domestic airport in Malaysia that it seems Microsoft forgot to provide in in Flight Simulator 2004. These scenery files create the airport and add taxiways, aprons, buildings and other airport features, so that you and your "AI" traffic can land, taxi, park and take off in a realistic manner. Also added is the missing TMS non-directional beacon at this airport (on frequency 264.0). The airport serves the township of Sarikei, capital of the Sarekei district in the Sarekei Division (are you following this?) of Sarawak in Eastern Malaysia. Flights are provided by MASwings, a subsidiary of Malaysian Airlines, with De Havilland Twin Otter aircraft calling here a few times per week. The scenery does not purport to be ultra-accurate. Reichenbach LSAZ

File Description:
The virtual airfield includes several buildings such as a hangar, a restaurant, a club house, military shelters, a playground and stationary cars. The surrounding area of Reichenbach has been populated with autogens: From the lake of Thoune down to Gemmi pass South of Kandersteg, and up until Adelboden to the West. Moreover, there is a high-voltage power line from Gemmi pass to the Gürbe valley, which should help during visual flight. The scenery has been designed in Gmax and optimized for the mesh of Switzerland Professional. In order to save system performance, a series of LODS have been created.

Ryan Airfield KRYN

File Description:
FS2004 Scenery - Ryan Airfield (ICAO: KRYN, FAA LID: RYN), is a general aviation reliever airport located 12 miles west of Tucson International Airport at the intersection of Ajo Way and Valencia Road. The field was created in the 1940s as a training camp for the Army Air Corps. After the war, the state of Arizona approached the Tucson Airport Authority, who also manages Tucson International, about operating the airfield. The Authority and the state entered into a long-term lease agreement and over the years Ryan Airfield has become a busy and popular airfield. Providence T.F. Green State (KPVD) ver. 3

File Description:
Version 3 of my KPVD AFCAD file for Providence TF Green State Airport. Rhode Island's largest airport, and New England's fastest growing. Features of this AFCAD are 100% accurate terminal gate numbers, accurate taxiway names, accurate cargo and general aviation parking, plenty of *Accurate* overflow, PAI recommended standards radius, and accurate parking codes. Includes Independence Air's gate. This file will be updated to v3.1 when Spirit begins service to PVD. File Description:
An AFCAD2 file for St John's Int'l Airport (CYYT), Newfoundland, Canada. Verion 2 March 8th 2005. This updates the previous release (lb_cyyt.zip) to version 2. This AFCAD2 is the final release for St John's Int'l Airport. New in this version is the application of the crosswind runway technique, meaning all runways can now be used simultaneously for take-offs and landings. Previous paking and taxiway layouts remain the same. Requires the freeware St John's Airport scenery by Craig Mosher. This file has not been tested with the default scenery.
