File Description:
Welcome to Whakatane, a small regional domestic airport south-east of Tauranga City, on the east coast of the North Island of New Zealand.
This is an UPDATE to my previous Whakatane Airport Scenery, and REQUIRES my previous scenery to be installed FIRST. (available from avsim.com, filename...... whakatane_airport_nzwk.zip ).
This update places a custom terminal building at the airport, and a few other small detail changes.
Requires some EZ Scenery Object Sets (see INSTALL instructions for details).

Located about 10nm northwest of St Louis, the airport has three runways. Two grass running 2310 ft and 2146 ft as well as an asphalt runway running 3445 ft. Created with Instant Scenery. Lincoln, Nebraska, home of the University of Nebraska, is served by United Express and Pinnacle Airlines (Delta Express). This airport was designed with the latest version of ADE (v1.50.4402). with files made only for the FSX default airport: one with the Crosswind rwy's operating, now activated by ADE where all 3 runways will be used for takeoff/landing and one file as the default rwy operation. This is an update of my original FSX AFCAD for the Lincoln Airport.

This is an update to my previous scenery upload, 10-31-2009, to reflect changes to runway 05/23. This runway as been extended from 8800 feet to 10500 feet to accommodate the 'heavies' now using this airport. Taxiway designators update and/or added. Minor adjustment made runway approach headings. Main body of the airport remains unchanged.

This is a new airport and doesnt need version 1 to run. If you decide to use this one, uninstall Version 1 using instructions on the readme that came with it.
