74S - Anacortes Airport - Anacortes, WA

File Description:
By request, here is an improved version of the stock Anacortes Airport. I added aprons and roads, additional hangars, removed a few default buildings and replaced them with more appropriate buildings. I moved the fuel station, added static vehicles and airplanes, a flag, and lightpoles. This is a very scenic area to fly and just a short hop to Friday Harbor.

File Description:
FS2002 Scenery - Bearpaw Air Taxi. A fictional airport located 3 miles east of Iliamna, Alaska. This is a private airfield with a 2000ft gravel runway and floatlpane dock, it is intended to be used as a base of operations for flights to and from other bush scenery I have made in the Iliamna area. Sound files for Lago's FSSoundScape are also included.

Ascension Island Scenery

File Description:
FHAW- RAF AscenSion Island. Just a basic upgrade of the default scenery. Thnigs added: Terminal building, Airport vehicles, Changed one gate to heavy and one to medium, I've added a concrete section to the apron, I've made the runway the correct length by adding 9 feet, I've put in a smaller tower, I've added a windsock. Built using ADE 1.37.

Destination Finder for FS9 v1.1

File Description:
In this program, you enter the ICAO code of your start airport, the distance you wish to fly, and the heading on which you wish to fly. The program will search through all the stock airports in FS9, and will compile a list of airports nearest to your desired destination. For extra flexibility, you can also leave the heading and/or the distance unspecified. Alternatively, the program can now read your aircraft’s position in all versions of FS, and use that as the starting point of the search. You can optionally specify a maximum and/or minimum length for the runway, whether the runway must have an ILS, a maximum elevation for the destination airport, the runway surface (hard or soft or water) and whether the airport should be civil or military or either. The program can be useful for planning your own flight or for drawing up AI flightplans. It is a standalone program, and uses FS9 airport and runway data, but, with that limitation in mind, it can equally be used with other versions of FS. Version 1.1 has a much improved formula for calculating longitude and latitude over longer distances, and is now very accurate over all distances. Version 1.1 also incorporates a number of new features suggested by user feedback. The upgrade is recommended for all users. Needs the .NET Framework 2.0.

File Description: The Fokker S14 Mach-trainer was the first purpose designed and built, side by side seated, jet trainer. First Flight 19 May 1951. Only 20 were built and used by the Royal Netherlands Air Force from 1955 till 1967.The modelling and texturing is brought to the highest detail possible and a new 2D and Virtual Cockpit added. Paintscheme presented here is as the L-11 operated during the early days with the RNLAF.Presently stored at the NMM museum in Soesterberg. JAB_FPSx Version 2

File Description:
This is an update of JAB_FPSx (already in the AVSIM Library under file name "jab_fpsx.zip". TGhe software was updated by the author on 12/12/2009 under the same exact file name. This small tool provides a graph of frame rates for all ESP based flight simulators including FSX and P3D versions 1 through 4. It has been tested with P3D version 4.5 Hot Fix 2. This Nordair DC-3 for FS2002 is dedicated and done in tribute to all the men and women involved with the DEW Line in Canada, whom Nordair supplied for many years. Based on Jan Visser's legendary DC-3 model for FS2000, updated for FS2002, this model includes transparent cabin windows, nightlighting, lit 3D interior with opening passenger door, boarding ladder and other details. Includes FS2002 lights fix by Paul Pridmore. Repaint by Mark Beaumont.
