Samoa Time Zone Fix

File Description:
Samoa has changed its time zone (WST) to effectively move it west of the international dateline as of 29 Dec 2011. Samoa time is now UCT +13 hrs during standard time, and +14 hrs during daylight savings time observed from the end of September to the beginning of April. This update corrects the timezone in FSX within the Faleolo CTA/Class D airspace surrounding Samoa.

Cessnaa Citation II Fix

File Description:
A set of data files necessary to operate the Dragonflight Collins radios was omitted from the original upload. Without these files you will experience an FS shutdown. If per chance I've caused another train wreck, I've also included a panel.cfg that does not reference the Dragonflight radios, but uses the default KingAir Collins radios instead. Default Piper Cherokee Fix

File Description:
A fix for the default AI Piper Cherokee. After watching some AI traffic I noticed that the default Piper tends to drop like a stone on landing - so I have tweaked the supplied flight dynamics file to correct that. I have tested it and the default Piper will now land alot more realistically when used as AI traffic. No model supplied, for FS2004 only!
