Bumba Airport (FZFU/BMB)

File Description:
Scenery for Bumba airport (FZFU/BMB), namely a small airport located in the North part of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Mondala Province, serving the small town of Bumba located near the Congo river. Bumba is an ideal reference point for VFR flights along the Congo river in that region, as well as around that part of the DRC forest. The scenery contains two parts: the landclass, that defines the terrain at and around the airport, and the airport scenery, which contains the runway, the aprons, and the 3D objects. In comparison with the default FS2004 scenery, this contains brand new runway and aprons, drawn using custom textures that should give a more realistic feeling of the airstrip, and the landclass has been modified in order to represent faithfully the real landscape around the airport. The Static Object Library of RWY12 is necessary in order to properly display the 3D objects: it can be found easily in the AVSIM library.

Charlotte-Rock Hill Airports Scenery vr6.51-7 B4 VR.2

File Description:
Charlotte-Rock Hill Scenery Package for X-Plane v6.51+v7.XX by Bill Moore This package features new objects and scenery for KCLT (Charlotte Douglas International). I grew up in the Charlotte, Rock Hill areas and decided it would be fun to add these two airports to my custom scenery. Charlotte's airport is a combination of Ted Davis's suburb objects and scenry as well as a compilation of objects from many talented authors in X-Plane. The layouts for both airports are purely fictional as far as the scenry is concerned. No changes have been made to the existing aiports. You will find many additions such as more hangers, buildings, aircraft, terminals and enhancements to the citys and surrounding areas. This update now offers night textures and a few other enhancements. Installation: Place the extracted "Charlotte" folder in your "Custom Scenery" folder. Please send any comments or suggestions to [email protected]. Have fun and fly safe.
