File Description:
A familiarity with installing scenery into CFS2 is required.
Once this project is installed via the Scenery Library. the user will have much enhanced shorelines.
Lakes and Major rivers are also included. This water is true CFS2 water, with most of the added areas available for
floatplanes and boats.
The area covered is South and Central America, the Caribbean, and Eastern Pacific Islands.

| Replacement Overcast Water Texture |

File Description:
The default milky "white/green" texture is highly unrealistic in very grey overcast conditions such as we often find here in Europe. The replacement texture will change this to a more convincing "blue/grey" cast. Version 2 has a darker blue/grey than my version 1 and presents a more realistic colour and in particular it's much improved in "dark overcast" conditions. Version 2 also offers better transitions from "overcast" conditions to "clear" conditions. It should be understood the default "milky green - overcast water texture" colour is dependant on the display settings. The replacement texture supplied will only work on DX9 compliant video cards. You must be able to move the "Water Effects" slider all the way to the right! If not then don't install them as you won't be able to see them!

| Real Night Water Update |

File Description:
This is an updated low moon texture for Real Night Water. In the real world, the moon's reflection on the water is wider when the moon is
higher above the horizon and thinner lower to the horizon. Since, in FS2004, there is only one texture for this wide range as the moon sets, this file, I
believe, is a happy medium. This file only contains one texture. You must have the original Real Night Water previously installed.

This is the description from the read me:
In the real world, at night, water appears all black. You can't see it from the air unless there is a moon reflection.
To get this effect in fs2004, all water display effects have to be set to minimums. Not any more! Now with Real Night Water,
you no longer have to mess with your diplay settings. The water appears black and there is even waves and moon reflections, just like
in the real world. No more silver glaze over the water at night. It will work with default textures but was designed utilizing
xtra Water by FullThrottleSims/Hector Davila (xtrawater.zip) which is highly recommended and freeware available on this site.

My water Project V-1.2 is a freeware add-on that replaces the sad water textures of Flight Simulator 2004. My water Project V-1.2
- replaces the sea and ocean coral blue with a more realistic blue;
- adds wonderful coral waters;
- adds a pumping effect;
- colours change with the time of day;
- includes a great sun reflection effect and slightly the cloud.
There is no texture change between V1.0 and V1.2, just the new installation program witch now make automatically back up file ! AirTimSimulation Team

The Golden Eagles Squadron presents alternative sparkling water with sun and moon reflection textures. They add a more dynamic quality to the fs2004 water with sun glints and vigorous wave action as would be seen on a sunny windy day. Caution, these textures are only for DX9 compliant cards and will not work unless you can move the "Water Effects" to High in your display options!
