| Heinkel P-1079A Night-Fighter |
|
File Description:
Heinkel P-1079, a new twin-jet fighter project of the Heinkel Aircraft Construction Corp. was designed in five variations, all under the same designation.
The first of these advanced designs, the Heinkel P-1078A was basically developed as a two-seated nightfighter. The pilot and the gunner/navigator were sitting in tandem position. The wings were swept back 35 degrees, mounted to mid-fuselage. The tail had a V-shaped rudder. The armament were three Rheinmetall-Borsig MK 108 30mm cannons in the nose and 24 R4-M 'Orkan' high explosive rockets on two racks mounted under the wings. Another feature of armament was the so-called 'schraege musik' with four upward-firing 20 mm Mauser MG 151/20 autocannons, mounted in the back of the aircraft. Therefore, the nightfighter had to approach and attack bombers from below, guided into position by commands from the navigator.
The aircraft should be equipped with the new FUG 228 radar unit. This sophisticated radar would have empowered the aircraft with an almost all-weather ability.
The engines were located in the wing roots. This version should be fitted with two Junkers Jumo 004D turbojet engines with two-stage fuel injector, each with 8.8 kN of power.
The max. speed was about Mach 0.89 = 950kph
The Range 1079.22nm = 1241.9 sm = 2000 km
The max. Service Ceiling was up to 51,000 ft = 15,545m

This folder contains a repaint for the A2A Curtiss P-40B. It shows Curtiss Tomahawk Mk.II RAF AX900 was originally meant to be AH900, but the serial was incorrectly painted, as was the high demarcation of the sky underside. It went on to fly with several units, including 41 OTU and 168 Sqn. It was struck off in 1944. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by A2A.

N3246 first flew on on 18 december 1939 and served with 266 and 222 Sqn's RAF, before being damaged in march 1941. After repairs, she was assigned to 457 Sqn RAAF in july 1941, where she flew until 1943, when she was assigned to the RNAS for conversion to Seafire. She went over the side of HMS Argus on 20 february 1944 when the tailhook broke. File Description:
This is Aero California McDonnell Douglas DC-9-14/-15 Fleet with the registrations: XA-AGS, XA-BCS, XA-CSL, XA-LMM, XA-RRY.
Aero California was a low-cost airline with its headquarters in La Paz Baja California Sur Mexico, founded in 1960 as an air taxi, operating a network of domestic passenger flights with its hub at the city's Manuel Marquez de Leon International Airport.
On July 23, 2008, the airline was again suspended, this time due to an alleged debt with the Mexican Air Traffic Control (SENEAM). This prompted a labor strike of the employees on August 5, which technically continues to the present day. Aero California's license still remains valid to this day.
I am working with the last livery that had Aero California between 1990´s & 2000´s, after his ceased operations, too I´m going to repaint the Douglas DC-9-30´s textures that had Aero California. The model is Alpha India Group (AIG) McDonnell Douglas DC-9-10 Basepack. This is my website: https://el-mundo-de-los-aviones-ai-traffic.jimdosite.com I hope you enjoy it!.

This is the pack of an extinct mexican airline of Aviacsa the McDonnell Douglas DC-9-15. The registrations are: XA-TIM, XA-TIZ, XA-TJS. Consorcio Aviacsa S.A. de C.V, doing business as Aviacsa, was a low-cost airline of Mexico, founded in 1990. The airline operated domestic services until the airline's grounding in 2011, radiating from major hubs at Monterrey, Mexico City and Guadalajara, and international service to Las Vegas in the United States. According to Mexico's Secretary of Communications and Transportation, as of September 2008, Aviacsa ranked as the seventh-largest Mexican airline in domestic and international flights, down from the third-largest at the end of 2007. In June and July 2009, the Mexican government repeatedly suspended Aviacsa's operations due to safety issues and unpaid fees. Aviacsa ceased operations on May 4, 2011. Since I made these files (which I am re-uploading now as the originals are 'missing' from the library), Indian Airlines has been merged into Air India, with a change of livery. But at the time of writing many 'Indian Airlines' (as was!) aircraft, in both liveries represented here, are still flying around India on domestic routes.
