DCC`s P-38H Lightning

File Description:
This is a repaint of the FS9 DC-3 in my virtue airlines "Yankee Air" and I have included the NEW prop textures that are avaliable for download here at AVSIM,these have just the yellow tips instead of the yucky blue in the middle of the prop, to say the least these are much, much better. These were done by Trev Morson at "The DC-3 Hangar" at http://douglasdc3.com, thank you Trev for the great add on.

Blohm Und Voss P.212.03

File Description:
CFS Blohm und Voss P.212.03 "Strahljager" ("Jet Fighter") The P.212.03 was Blohm und Voss entry into the Emergency Fighter Competition to take advantage of the new He S 011 jet engine. Three prototypes were ordered and construction began in May 1945. The first aircraft was to make its first flight in August and the second aircraft was to be ready by September 1945. Of course, the end of the war ended all construction. Features: realistic Flight Dynamics, realistic Sound and Panel, realistic Damage Profile, full moving parts, two liveries: Green Camo and Air Grey. Model, Textures and Damage Profile by CM Carlson. William P. Gwinn Airport (KUTX)

File Description:
TerraModels Scenery Development System by Allen Kriesman was used to create the scenery for William P. Gwinn Airport (KUTX) - Jupiter, Florida. Biber Salsa models were also used to create this scenery. The taxiways were added using the program by Peter Jacobson. No custom models were created for this scenery.

P-51D Mustang "Merlin's Magic"

File Description:
This is a photoreal repaint for Warwick Carter's P-51D Mustang Ver. 2. "Merlin's Magic" began restoration at Chino in 1982, first flying with the new markings in 1994, registered as N151SE. In 2000 she began racing at Reno, reaching 430+ mph her first race. Since then she has gone to the 2002, 2003 and 2004 Reno Air Races, placing 5th in Gold, and 5th in Silver. Unfortunately in 2006, while participating at Reno, the aircraft was highly damaged when high pressure O2 was put in a low pressure bottle in the rear fuselage and it exploded. The aircraft is now back in rebuild, and hopefully it will be seen in the skies again soon.

P-51D "Little Horse" NL51PE

File Description:
This is a repaint only for the WWII Fighters P-51D. With the restoration completed in the Spring of 2005 by Tri-State Aviation, "Little Horse" is a frequent vister during the summer to airshows throughout the Minnesota and upper Midwest region, thanks to pilot and owner Paul Ehlen. The original "Little Horse" opperated with the 354th FG, 353rd FS, flown by fellow Minnesotan Ken Dahlberg.

P-51D Dago Red 2005

File Description:
This is a repaint of the infamous Reno Racer Dago Red, as it appeared at the 2005 Reno Air Races. Dago is a legend at Reno, being the first highly modified mustang, and the first aircraft to reach 500 mph during a race!

P-51C Mustang "Betty Jane"

File Description:
This is a repaint only for the SkyUnlimited Mustang Vol.1 release. This aircraft, owned by Max Chapman and based in Kissimme, Florida, started as a large collection of P-51B/C parts. In 2000 the restoration began with Pacific Fighters of Idaho completing the work in May of 2004 when it then flew for the first time. The aircraft has been given the serial number 42-103293 and registered N251MX. The most recent paint scheme and the scheme featured in this repaint is of the 31st Fighter Group's commander Charles McCorkle's airplane, "Betty Jane". The aircraft is finished very authentically, with a bare metal fuselage and filled, sanded and painted wings. "Betty Jane" won "Best P-51" at EAA Oshkosh in 2004.

P-51D Mustang "Upupa Epops"

File Description:
This is a repaint pack only for the WWII Fighters P-51D. P-51D 44-72364 was built at the North American Aviation Inglewood plant in 1944. It was sent into action with the 353rd Fighter Group, 352nd Fighter Squadron, 8th Air Force. The aircraft was flown by Capt. Harrison "Bud" Tordoff, who named it "Upupa Epops", latin for the Hoopoe Bird which has ungainly flight. At war's end Bud Torduff had claimed nine enemy airplanes shot down, one of them an Me-262 shot down while flying "Upupa Epops." After the war the aircraft was sent to the Royal Swedish Air Force, then flew with the Dominican Air Force from 1952 until 1984. Paul Allen, of Microsoft fame, purchased the aircraft in 1999, adding it to his growing muesum, the Flying Heritage Collection. The aircraft immediately went to WestPac, in California, for restoration. During this time period it was restored inside and out, matching every component to every specification of the original, utilizing documents upon documents of information. When the aircraft completed restoration in 2001, it was the most original, most authentic of its type. After several test flights in its factory finish, the original "Upupa Epops" markings were applied. Currently the aircraft can be seen at its newest home, with the Flying Heritage Collection, at Paine Field, near Seattle. Included within this download are two repaints, one portrays exactly how "Upupa Epops" looked when it rolled out of WestPac's shop after restoration, in factory standard, and the second portrays the aircraft complete with markings.

Wing of Power P-51D

File Description:
For those of us with the P-51D model here is Skytack N313H! Repaint includes civilian pilot wearing red racing jacket! Civilian pilot created by Joe Nageotte. Aircraft repaint and red racing jacket by Aaron Penn. I may also later include pilot with white or black helmet depending on demand.
