File Description:
Continuing the briefings for selected airports. This selection is for London Heathrow SIDS using preferential runways 27R and 09R for departure. SID’s for other runways are not included. These briefings are read by a professional straight from the charts with no script. They can be played via an MP3 player through the FS2004 kneeboard or separately via any media player during your flight. Use these briefings to familiarise yourself with and demystify the Jeppesen charts so as to be able to extract just the right amount of information you need to conduct a professional flight on VATSIM and enrich your simulator experience.

File Description:
This is a repaint/mod of the default Cessna 172. Features: 1)improved reflextions 2)fully repainted int/ext.3)GPS/flightmap/kneeboard/radio stack Icons in VC 4)HSI instrument in 2d and 3d view 5)slight yaw "deadening". 7)IMPORTANT!Greatly "deadened" response to taxi steering. If you have already solved this FS9 issue then c172sp2ID.zip would be the correct download. C172sp2ID.zip uses default steering. Finally you should read the read me file, I suggest a great sound package download for the 172. This is my first try at a repaint/mod and I'm sure there are some mistakes. Hopefully they are small enough they can be overlooked.

RTWK4Finals 01-05

File Description:
These five very short FS2K4 GPS finals flights by the Ancient Brit and RTW-K4 Team represent the conclusions of the first five RTW-K4 flights and plans and each finals flight will place you, trimmed and at point before the relevant finals is about to start. In-flight briefing (kneeboard) is included with each flight to assist you in conducting the finals. Three of these finals are non-ILS finals, the other two being ILS finals. Some are crosswind finals. All have visibility restricted to some degree. These flights are meant as tasters in the hope you may be tempted to download the complete flights from Avsim.

Airbus A300-600ST/ER Update

File Description:
Corrected Flight Dynamics for the A300-600ST (Beluga). This is an update to my last correction, and converts the original aircraft to a fictional A300-600ST/ER (Extended Range) model. No past updates are required to use this one. Required aircraft is "Beruga.zip" (I know it is spelled wrong, but that is the file name). Also required is the sound file "l1011snz.zip". This upgrade includes more flaps for better control, visual smoke and corrected contrails, fuel weight realism, better sound, kneeboard data incorporated, corrected wing loading, many more flight details and information, and too many other fully tested items to list here. Douglas DC-3 MAAM-SIM Panel Modifications - Update

File Description:
Some pilots have reported a CTD (crash to desktop) problem with my MAAM-SIM panel modifications as uploaded in DCAMAAM4.ZIP. This has been pinned down to a conflict caused by the 'FSTSTuner' status light installed on the panel, which is relevant to the use of 'FSTSTuner' with 'Teamspeak' communciations software. These revised PANEL.CFG files will blank off this gauge (although not remove the entry, in case you should ever wish to revert) and, hopefully, prevent any further problems of this nature. If you are experiencing no problems (particularly, when calling up the kneeboard within the sim) then you may not need this update.

Manage AvSim Library - Version 3.0

File Description:
Manage_AvLib is an application by which it is possible to store in a Database the content of the AVSIM Library Database contained in the libdump-text.zip (plain-text format), have view of these Records according to some Filter criteria and for a selected Record open the Web Browser either on the corresponding Avsim File Page (the one describing file info) or to the Avsim Download Procedure. This new version (3.0) now allows Users to manage content of the Database, i.e. store Records only for Categories they are interested to, so that the Database is kept light. A utility is also provided for old Users, so that they do not loose content of previous Database. The application fully replace old Versions and has been tested on Win98se and WinXP.

The textures are best viewed with mip mapping set to 4 and gobal set to massive, otherwise textures may seem blurred. Finally you should read the read me file, I suggest a great sound package download for the 172.

Air Force One Dynamic UpGrade

File Description:
This upgrade for Air Force One requires Meljet versions of this aircraft, available on this site. It is a work of which took over a year of experimentation to get almost everything correct. My former upgrades do not compare to this. The upgrade includes kneeboard flight details as well as updated wind noise. The "Readnow" document explains all requirements and/or necessities. These dynamics correct most problems occurring in the original Meljet Air Force One aircraft, and were designed within FS2002 ... should work on FS2004 as well. With these dynamics the aircraft is very smooth on take-off and landing, and can cruise at high altitude for extreme long duration flights.
