FS2004 Scenery - Hampton Roads Executive Airport (ICAO: KPVG, FAA LID: PVG) is a public-use airport
located seven miles (11 km) southwest of the central business district of Norfolk and northwest of Chesapeake, both independent cities in the U.S. state of Virginia. It is privately owned by Virginia Aviation Associates, L.L.C. Although most U.S. airports use the same three-letter location identifier for the FAA and IATA, Hampton Roads Executive Airport is assigned PVG by the FAA but has no designation from the IATA (which assigned PVG to Pudong International Airport in Shanghai, China). FSX Aircraft- The Piper Cheyenne III (PA42) version 2. On June 30, 1980 Piper began production deliveries of a new version of the Cheyenne range of twin turboprops aircraft. Intended for use as a six/11-seat corporate or commuter transport this Cheyenne III differs considerably from it's predecessors. So much so that Piper change the designation to PA-42. It has an increased wingspan, a lengthened fuselage and a more powerful Pratt& Whitney Aircraft of Canada PT6A turboprop engines. This model has been updated to work in FSX. FS2004 Scenery-Laramie Regional Airport (KLAR) is located in Laramie Wyoming, home of the University of Wyoming, Wyoming Technical Institute and a number of businesses and organizations. Laramie Regional Airport was built in 1934 and was originally named Brees Field, after General Herbert Jay Brees of the US Army. The original hangar still stands today. In 1944, the runways were paved to allow hundreds of B-24 bombers to land at Laramie and bring crews for rest and recuperation to the UW recreation camp in the Snowy Range. In 1945 Summit Airways began to provide passenger service. The Brees Field Airport Board was formed in 1965 to oversee airport operations.
