FS2004 Scenery - Telluride Regional Airport (IATA: TEX, ICAO: KTEX) is a public airport located 5 miles (8 km) west of Telluride, in San Miguel County, Colorado, USA. It is the highest commercial airport in North America, at an elevation of 9,078 feet (2767 m) above sea level. Located on a plateau, the airport's single runway literally dips slightly in the centre. This is version 3. Unlike versions 1 and 2, this scenery had the advantage of Google Earth's satellite image. Created using Instant Scenery by John B. Loney, Jr.

The airport is publicly owned by the City of Beaver. Coordinates: 36-47-56.0930N/100-31-47.5350W ( 36.79891/-100.52987) Located 1 mile SW of Beaver, Oklahoma. Surveyed Elevation is 2491 feet MSL. Brian Clarke actually started Wyton last year, in anticipation of John Young's Canberra - but for one reason or another it fell by the wayside. With Derek Taylor producing the paints for 100 Sqn and 231 OCU, Brian picked up the project again and more or less started from scratch.
This scenery is coded for Derek's Canberra's and is hopefully well-enough representative of the base as it was during the 80s, using a little artistic licence as and where necessary.
This scenery uses various MAIW object libraries which will need to be downloaded separately.

This is a repaint only for the SOH A-26 Invader, depicting an A-26B attached to the All Weather Flying Center, Clinton County Air Force base, Clinton County, Ohio in 1947. The aircraft is fitted with an early style "six-gun nose." You will need the new six-gun nosed model with turrets (A26cmargie.zip) By John Terrell which is available at Sim-Outhouse and here at Avsim installed as well as the SOH A-26 complete package from Sim-Outhouse.

According to the FAA's National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2007-2011, it is categorized as a reliever airport.
