This scenery includes most of the listed UK ANO structures rising more than 500ft AGL and the more visually obvious structures between 300ft and 500ft AGL. The scenery includes masts, aerials, cooling towers, flares and chimneys, all built with GMax. Scotland is not included. Ideal with VisualFlight photo scenery. This scenery represents RAF Grimsby as it was in 1943, and the Lancasters of 100 Squadron, which was based there for most of the stations existence. It is built, in the main with third-party library objects. It has been set up to use John Young AI RAF Lancaster and a traffic file by Daryl Payne is included to do that.

This is a repaint of Alphasim's excellent F-8, Crusader. These textures represent an F-8D of VF-62, Boomers that was stationed on board the USS Shangri-La in 1967. This texture was done at the request of a former F-8 Pilot, then Lt. John Allsup. THESE ARE TEXTURES ONLY! You need the ALPHASIM "F-8 Crusader" payware package.

These are the missing textures as reported by John. Just add them to the texture folder. Criticism and praise are equally welcome, and particularly if you point out a missing texture or something similar! I just wish that the down-loader who points out an error will one day be down-loader number 1, instead of number 122 as in this case.

Exploring Our World - Part 2 - Easter Island, Chile. In part two of this new series you will find a complete makeover of Easter Island which MS virtually ignored. Designed to compliment the fine Mataveri International Airport by Daniel Rojas (scip_o7.zip at Flightsim.com), this package includes Mesh and adjusted coastlines by John Young. John has also provided a new Afcad which removes unrealistic pushback starts. A new landclass file by John Burford adds the villages near the airport and more realistic ground treatments. You will also find numerous scenery enhancements using objects from the RWY12 and EZ Scenery libraries. Francisco Vargas has contributed a set of Thermals which soaring fans will enjoy. Of special interest is the use of AI Volkswagens, as taxi's driving around the airport and AI Helicopters that take visiting tourists on sightseeing tours. The AI Volkswagens have been provided by Ranier Girbig and are used with his permission. Easter Island, home of the mysterious head statues (Moai) has many new and exciting things just waiting for you to explore. Even the small adjacent Moto Nui Island, which MS forgot, has been added. This is the second of a series exploring lesser known parts of our FS world.
