FS2004 Yellow Ground Service Equipment Objectss
Inspired by the superior work of Michael Carr I have developed a small library of Ground Service Equipment. These objects are mostly
painted in the standard yellow drab you find at many military and civil airfields. As with all my work the emphasis is on Frame-Rates and
not microscopic reality so squint a little and pretend. As some of these objects have been included in my earlier scenery releases, as well
as used by other designers, the GUIDs are the same and your existing scenery should not be affected. This will the final version/release of
this library. PLEASE READ THE INSTALLATION NOTES CAREFULLY

File Description:
This object library was created to provide various cargo-type items as well as related vehicles and objects that would be found on loading ramps and aprons. I originally created this library for the exclusive use of the MAIW group and it has been upgraded several times. As the library has had wide distribution (and is now becoming somewhat dated) I am now offering it for general public use as a stand alone library. This is an expanded version of this library and there will be no further versions released. Library should be FSX compatible but has not been fully tested.

I made these objects at the request of a user who wanted something he could use in desert or arid military airfields. This is essentially an abbreviated set of my green vehicles with a repaint into the pink/tan desert colors currently used by the U.S. military. As with all my work the emphasis is on Frame-Rates and not microscopic reality so squint a little and pretend. PLEASE READ THE INSTALLATION NOTES CAREFULLY.

This is a collection of 30+ aircraft shelters that I have done over the years. There are a variety of bunkers types some with seasonal textures as well as standard fabric-topped portable apron sun shields. The textures are minimal and mostly use default textures sheets greatly reducing frame-rate load.

File Description:
FS2004 Scenery for Hilo International Airport, Hawaii. The Hilo region is blessed with dramatic waterfalls, fertile rainforests and blooming gardens; the geographic flipside of the volcanic Kohala Coast. A busy farming and fishing area in early times, Hilo evolved into a commercial center for the sugar industry in the 1800's. Downtown Hilo was built around its crescent-shaped bay and became the seat of county government. Today Hilo is a vibrant town, home to great museums, art galleries, unique shops and perennial favorites like the Hilo Farmers Market. Scenery contains custom and default objects as well as custom AI aircraft.

This is a reload of my recent Haneda scenery (RJTT_JS.zip) and contains all fixes and missing files. Haneda International (RJTT) is one of the oldest (1931) civil airports in Japan. Over 80% of its traffic is domestic and, with the opening of the new Terminal 2, is a major hub for both JAL and ANA airlines. This scenery I did for myself because I've always preferred Haneda to Narita. This scenery includes photo-ground cover for the airport with custom objects including the new runway 5 island and harbor Aqualine structures. Certainly not a patch on the many fine commercial sceneries available but it's free and an improvement over the default.

FS9 scenery for Aviano Airbase of Aviano Italy. Nestled under the picturesque Dolomite mountains in the province of Pordenone is the delightfully quaint and friendly community of Aviano. A peaceful but vibrant town with all the expected amenities of scenery, dining, art, and even the de rigueur old castle. This scenery doesn't even attempt to show this too-beautiful flower of Italy. Instead it tries to provide at least an adequate representation of the Italian Airbase and the American fighters posted there. This package features season photo-ground cover with custom FSDS object modeling of Aviano airbase. Package also features all-new repaints of Henry Tomkiewitczs' F-16 model for the 505th and 555th fighter squadrons by Mark Heimer.

File Description:
This expansive airfield was built to serve as a home to over 100 of the Air Force's then-new B-36 Peacemaker. It's strategic location made it a natural location for a SAC (Strategic Air Command)base and so it has served for over 40 years. However the B-36 itself was destined to be short-lived in Air Force service and Loring replaced its B-36s with new jet B-52 bombers in 1956. This scenery attempts to capture the base during it's cold-war years of the 1970's. Scenery contains all-new custom objects for Loring Air Force Base as well as utilizing some common objects from the standard scenery libraries used by MAIW. Although there are no aircraft included with this package, the separate instruction sheet will guide users in easily obtaining quality AI aircraft that are appropriate to the period.
