File Description:
Based on repaint templates by Mark Beaumont and original textures by Jan Visser this is a repaint of the MAAM-Sim DC-3 Cargo in the colours of Namib Air ZS-DJZ. This aircraft, with the construction number of C/N 26244 has a long history and it is believed that it survives today. There is a history of this aircraft in the Read me file. This is a texture only file that requires the Base DC-3 package available from; Mid Atlantic Air Museum Simulations (MAAM-Sim) Thanks to them for supplying the base pack. Enjoy. Also suitable for FS2004.

This repaint has been made to fit on the improved default DC-3 Awsome4some model (created by James Eden and Jon Murchison for FSX) and that has been updated by Tom Gibson of California Classic to FS2004 standard.
It will show a proper readable text on both sides of the vertical stabilizer and rudder and also on the nose.

This is a livery-paint for the Leading Edge Simulations Douglas DC3/C47.
This paint depicts (more or less) the DC3 , N25672 in the Braniff livery.
The original model had wing-registration and Braniff-text on the wings , due to the limitations of the mapping of this model ,this could not be reproduced.
As Braniff was the first ( or at least one of the first) airliners making commercial flights with the Douglas DC3, this was a paint wich had to be done ( I was told ;-).
How to install:
Just unzip Braniff.zip to a temp folder and start reading the Readme.PDF carefully

Based on repaint templates by Mark Beaumont and original textures by Jan Visser, this texture set in Northwest Airways (NWA) livery requires the base DC-3 package available from Mid Atlantic Air Museum Simulations (MAAM-SIM) at www.maam.org.
This is a repaint of G-AMPY which was built in 1943 and served with NWA. She was built for the USAF and then transferred to the RAF in 1944. She served with a number of Airlines after WWII This repaint is based on the 50th Anniversary livery (1986). There is also an FSX version of the texture available on this site. Please see the Read This file for a brief outline of NWA. Enjoy, RalphC.

FSX DC-3 default. Textures Only. A repaint of the default DC-3 in Aeroejecutivos YV201T actual livery. Aeroejecutivos YV201T,(old registration YV-1179C),is one of the few still active DC-3's flying in Venezuela, with daily flights from Maiquetia International Airport,(SVMI),to Los Roques (SVRS). Thank you to Juan Ernesto Oropeza for granting permission to convert his original FS9 files to the FSX format.
