Boulder is situated where the Rocky Mountains meet the Great Plains. Just west of the city are imposing slabs of sedimentary stone tilted up on the foothills, known as Flatirons. Located at the base of the foothills is Boulder's main campus of the University of Colarado which is clearly visible from the sky. Longmont is home of the Denver ARTCC (Air Route Traffic Control Center) which controls all flights in the upper airspace of most of Colorado and parts of adjoining states. To explore the scenery depart from Boulder (KBDU) and head northeast. Extends my Rocky Mountain Park scenery to the east and my Denver scenery to the north. Provides another 3.500 sq km in 4.7m/pix quality. High resolution versions for FS9 and FSX (much sharper, but larger and multiple downloads) are available at www.blueskyscenery.com/GNB_East.html . This scenery is based on the great CVN 68 Nimitz carrier model from Javier Fernandez.
The scenery shall replace my current CVN 75 scenery in the North Sea.
The scenery includes the following scenery elements, objects and dynamic traffic:
The carrier CVN 68 Nimitz and a lot of stuff on deck, 2 flying Helicopters over the Carrier,
4 Navy-Destroyers escorting the Carrier, 2 moving Destroyer based on a "Boats Traffic Plan
which are traveling around the group, 1 moving Tanker,a Oilrig about 30 nm northwest from the Carrier with a landable Platform !!
Seven F-18 Hornets as AI traffic, three F-18 Hornets based on recorded flights.
For the re-play of the start and landing traffic, the tool FSRecorder is required. The tool is part of this scenery package.
The carrier is built up as an airport with the code " CV68 ".
For installation and more info see the documentation inside the zip file.
For full carrier operation (catapul/cable catch) you need one of the two tools: RCBCO-30.zip, or ArrCab26.zip both available at the AVSIM lib.

| Modify Flight Sim Commander Scenery |

File Description:
While by now, it has become rather simple to modify the Microsoft FS 9 Scenery, as far as navaids are concerned. This is not quite so easy with the Flight Sim Commander (FSC) Scenery, because only part of the data for FSC is read from the Flight Simulator. While another part of it is provided by Navigraph by means of their AIRAC cycles. Following the philosophy of the FSC handbook, changing parameters in this database might be a rather objectionable operation. Since only the original output of Navigraph constitutes the real world situation - on the other hand, there might exist users who like to model at least part of their surroundings according to their own perspectives. This package might help those persons to fulfill their expectations.

Hi, I said in my last afcad release for the new Piarco Airport scenery by Bill Melichar that there may be a few minor adjustments needed. I finally got the time to work on these and they include :aircraft lining up properly at the jetways and correct sizing of some parking spots especially the General aviation area. I have also worked on the parking at the old airport. It now includes all the gates. Sorry for the long delay but do enjoy, send any requests and problems you have to [email protected].

The Runways are now: 13 and 31. Many improvments to LEMG-X [1]
e.g.: No Entry signs at high speed turn-offs
If you've got my previous LEMG-X, replace the scenery folder with the one inside this LEMG-X folder
Scenery best viewed in extremely dense settings.

1. Revamped coast, towns, islands, rivers & roads for the coastal strip of Queensland from the Burdekin River just south of Townsville to meet up with my Cairns scenery near Babinda in North Queensland.
2. Also includes a minor fix for a water flatten for the Mulgrave River.

The members of Military AI Works are proud to bring you this freeware AI package, produced by Desmond Burrell in conjunction with Military AI Works which is the third part in a twelve part series covering the people and cargo movers of the United States Navy and United States Marine Corps.
This third part covers Andrews AFB which hosts VR-1, VR-48 and VR-53 as well as NAS Patuxent River which hosts the C-130s of VX-20. As a bonus, this package also adds the newly arrived T-6A/B Texan II aircraft stationed at NAS Patuxent River with VX-20 and the United States Navy Test Pilot School.

| UK Air Navigation Obstacles |

File Description:
The objects covered in the FS9 scenery addons UK ANO and UK ANO Volume 2 have been re written, as a single volume, specifically for FSX. The scenery is intended to cover all masts, cooling towers, flares and chimneys, with heights in excess of 300'. The objects are those that were listed by the CAA, at the time the original photo scenery of England and Wales was published. Similar objects in Scotland and Northern Ireland have been included, although those areas are covered only by FSX Default land scenery.
The scenery, not compatible with FS9, is intended for use with the Horizon VFR Photoscenery, Volumes 1, 2 and 3.
