| TBM 700 Smooth Throttle Modification |

File Description:
The files in this package will modify the beautiful EADS Socata TBM 700 model by Michel Migaud, Cyril Breton etc. Their model is freeware and is probably one of the nicest freeware models ever made for MSFS. This package is not a stand-alone aircraft, so you need the original TBM 700 model. It's available at Avsim.com and the file name is tbm700_a.zip. This is mainly a fix for the 'ketchup bottle' throttle problem, but includes a few other fixes as well. Summary: (1) A fix for the 'ketchup bottle' throttle problem. (2) Torque gauge doesn't max out (3) No blackout when toggling panel on/off. (4) Horizon visible by default. (5) Missing rear navigation lights added (lights mod by Cirrus Productions, used with their permission).

Beechcraft D18S Amphibian Version 2 for FS2004/FS9 by Milton Shupe, Scott Thomas, Andre Folkers and Urs Burkhardt.
VC Amphibian model only; Pkg incl an Amphibian in Cargo and Passenger versions and features a beautiful custom era correct panel and easy-to-read virtual cockpit, photoreal exterior textures and gauges, matching interior, VC gauge backlighting, specular highlites in the VC and Html checklists. Original Mike Hambly Sounds are customized for the D18S Amphib by Scott Thomas. Bill "Lionheart" Ortis provided the original pontoon Gmax source modified by Milton Shupe, with Ortis textures modified by John Terrell. Cargo textures are by Andre Folkers and Passenger textures by Urs Burkhardt. Support website and contact info in documentation. Auto or Manual Installation.

HS-PGW (c/n 2509) (V1.0) Handpainted and fully vectorized for sharp textures recreation of Bangkok Airway's 'Samui' colour scheme. This A320-200 is one of Bankok Airways three A320 's that sport a rather attractive and colourfull livery. You can also find the 'Krabi', (HS-PGV) made by fellow repainter Kevin Prak here on AVSIM. High resolutions screenshots, future updates and fixes can be found on our website.These textures are for the Project Airbus A320 version 2, and include the actual plane, which contains an accurate model with details such as: opening passenger and cargo doors, animated pack inlets and outflow valves, all operetable control surfaces, detailed flap tracks and slat rails, hydraulics modelled on spoilers and landing gear doors.

| Portland KPDX Scenery Enhancement |

File Description:
Re-upload. The default FS9 KPDX scenery is not bad, but it's out of date and lacks jetways. I didn't set out to recreate KPDX in detail, just to make the terminal building more accurate. This enhancement has the following features:
1. A new terminal building and parking structure are now accurately sized and placed.
2. The control tower was moved to its correct position.
3. The correct number of jetways has been added.
4. Ramp lighting has been added.
5. Some inaccuracies in the aprons and taxiways have been fixed.
6. The misaligned ILS for runway 28L has been corrected.
7. The afcad has been redone. If you are using Ultimate Traffic you should see more accurate AI traffic parking.

| Editvoicepack ATC Phraseology Modifications Set 4 |

File Description:
Two simple changes via EditVoicePack to the default FSX ATC. These are updates of two earlier releases for VFR takeoff instructions and the readback (TWR_AC_CLEARED_TAKEOFF and AC_TWR_TAKEOFF_READBACK_VFR) from my Set 1 mods (editvoicepack_atc_phraseology_mods_set1.zip).
1) When giving takeoff clearance, tower will instruct VFR departures to maintain the VFR flightplan altitude (or below).
2) This altitude restriction will be part of the readback from the aircraft.
There are two versions of each. One has a target altitude (e.g. 6500), the other a block altitude (e.g. 6500 or below). Use whichever set you prefer, but don't mix them or use both.
Install with EditVoicePack 4.0 (see here if you need information on how to do this: http://www.editvoicepack.com/).
See readme for a couple of important limitations.

| Editvoicepack ATC Phraseology Modifications Set 1 |

File Description:
Five mods for default ATC phraseology:
1) Adds a "caution, windshear reported on final" warning to the thunderstorms observation that appears in ATIS messages.
2) Same as above, but with phrase "severe thunderstorms in the area" for severe thunderstorms.
3) This adds a wind check to the phrase Tower uses for VFR takeoffs. It also adds the instruction to fly runway heading to 500 feet AGL, then turn on course, which is what AI VFR departures do in the sim (at least in FSX SP2).
4) Adds the "maintain runway heading to 500, then proceed on course" pilot readback for VFR takeoffs.
5) Adds the windshear warning described above to VFR and IFR landing clearances when thunderstorms are in the area.

| METAR Update Of The METAR Weather Program |

File Description:
Update of the Free METAR program with new features and bug's corrected.
New features:
1. I improved the temperature aloft settings. This also should give better cloud settings, esp. the cloud high is now computed out of temperature and other data.
2. No more 'weather update' messages
3. If the needed stations files not there, the program shouldn't crash anymore
4. The .reg file shouldn't be needed anymore
5. Both free METAR and WindsAloft Servers are used. To save time, the Server with the smaller files is used first. Only if this server failed the other is used.
6. The choice to get METAR text message of the nearest airport in FS9 is implemented. The message is updated every time the FS2k4METAR program updates the weather.

| Merrill Field PAMR 2016 V3 in Anchorage, Alaska, including the Fedex 727 |

File Description:
This V3 version of Merrill Field 2016 finally adds the Fedex 727 to Merrill Field, the error being totally mine but left as unreported by all but two of the downloaders. Testing on the computer of one of the reporting downloaders solved the problem, and revealed the requirement to have the aircraft "installed" on every user's computer. This was unknown by me, and not "testable" on my computer for obvious reasons. Which is why I need user input!?! Only 2 out of a total of around 500 downloaders? This is not a stand-alone scenery. Put the Fedex727.bgl into the scenery folder of your downloaded Merrill Field V2 and the 727 will be visible. You already have the textures in the scenery texture folder.

File Description:
Non Airport Scenery Update 2 consists of a Gmax representation of Flamingo Bay Water Lodge, home to the famous and beautiful Barra beach. Because the real life Flamingo Bay Water Lodge isn't situated in the sea but on a beautiful tidal estuary, it experiences the same tidal changes as one would experience at any coastal resort. This mean that the lodge is situated on dry land during low tide and on the water during high tide. Because FSX doesn't simulate tidal changes, the lodge will be placed on water permanently in FSX, it looks better that way anyway. Buildings were accurately modeled with photo real textures. Please install fsxWorx01.zip and the updates before this scenery as it contains the rivers and coastline.

This is a fairly accurate update for McCarran Intl airport with two optional files and made only for FSX, not suitable for P3D users: There is one file with the Crosswind runways operating where all 4 runways will be used for takeoff/landing and one file as the default FSX airport runway operation, assigned parking for the gates and terminals as per their website with extra parking including gates for the A380, Terminal 2 demolished, taxiways and taxi signs updated to the latest charts, extra fuel trucks, support vehicle roads rebuilt and many other scenery improvements and objects included, airport views are from the roof of the new control tower (when in tower view) please view the readme before installation.
