On November 23, 1943, Wendorf crash landed aboard the Lexington after scoring 4.5 kills during a frantic battle December 4, 1943. Complete Texture Folder with all texture and damage files included. The 849th Naval Air Squadron was--of which P1X was attached--was founded on August 1, 1943, and was disbanded on October 31, 1945 (see 849th history file). They have operated as Hunter - Killer Package. Tail No. Ka-2347 was based on JMSDF Hahinohe Air Base as Sub attacker. You'll need MAAM-sim TBM/TBF Avenger to use this repaint.

Grumman EA-6B Prowler, VAQ-135 "Black Ravens"; utilizing Kazunori Ito's excellent EA-6B model, available over on Simviation. A very nice CAG paint for this squadron is the default aircraft for the package. This is an electronic-warfare variant based on the venerable A-6 Intruder airframe, and has served the U.s. Navy and Marines for over thirty years. Aircraft and base textures by Kazunori Ito.

He was the first carrier based Hellcat pilot to shoot down a zero, shoooting down two A6M5s over Wake Island on October 5, 1943. Complete Texture Folder with all texture and damage files included.
