| Historic: Flight 19, the 'Lost Patrol' |
|
File Description:
December 5th 1945: The war in the Pacific made the topography of the Bahamas with its unlimited landmarks, ideal for advanced over water navigation exercises. Like all others training daily out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Flight 19 was to perform a fairly simple navigation problem. At 14:10 that afternoon 5 Avenger Torpedo Bombers departed the Station and never made it back. File includes aircraft (CFS2 default AI Avenger converted for Fs2002 and packaged to fit the flight), flight weather(local-global) based on descriptions and map of navigation problem No1 available to pilot at all times from panel via SWIFT+3. | FS2004 A&F DATA |
|
File Description:
Googlyafcad A&F Data for Angouleme/Brie/Champniers, based on Google Earth satellite
data.
Unfortunately, Microsoft have only limited facilities at this airport in Flight
Simulator 2004 with no provision for commercial traffic and this file will allow
you and your "AI" traffic to land, taxi, park and take off in a realistic manner.
Whilst the airport is primarily used by General Aviation traffic, it now sees regular
flights by Boeing 737 jets of Ryanair.

File Description:
Tupolev Tu-126 Moss. I present a comprehensive AI traffic model and texture package for this classic Russian airborne early warning and electronic warfare aircraft; which was derived from the Tu-114 airliner. The Tu-126 was used in limited numbers, with only 12 built, but was an important support aircraft for the Soviet Union in the latter half of the cold war. The Tu-126 was used both as an early warning aircraft, and as a powerful stand-off jamming EW aircraft; and was the predecessor of the current-use Ilyushin A-50 Mainstay. This package conrtains three model variants and three repaints; the operational aircraft did not have any listed serials, but there are a few modifications across the twelve production aircraft. Original aircraft model and textures by Michael Pearson, flight dynamics by Michael MacIntyre. Please read included documentation.

File Description:
Tupolev Tu-114. I present a comprehensive AI traffic model and texture package for this classic Russian airliner. The Tu-114 (NATO reporting name "Cleat"), with only 33 built and never exported, nevertheless made a distinct footprint in the golden age of air travel. The Tu-114 was well ahead of its time, and was faster than most of the first-generation jet airliners. Like other long-haul piston-engined aircraft of the era, the Tu-114 arrived just in time to be displaced by the dawn of commercial jet air travel. An original 9-LOD model brings this historic beast to the flightsim world. This package contains only one model, but has all 33 release serials representing various time periods from 1958-1991. Original aircraft model and textures by Michael Pearson, flight dynamics by Michael MacIntyre. Please read included documentation.
