This flight features a double curvature departure (over 100 nm in length) and an early descent for screenshot opportunities of downtown Cleveland. Depart Podgorica (LYPG) runway 36, Serbia and Montenegro and arrive 1 hour 37 minutes later at Suleyman Demirel (LTFC) runway 05, Turkey. The plan is fully flight briefed with Word and text briefings and kneeboard in-flight briefing. A start-up flight that loads the plan, weather and kneeboard flight briefing is included; also a short Finals practise flight is included. This is a very smooth and gentle passage making flight concluding with a non-ILS crosswind Finals.

Depart Stornoway (EGPO) runway 36, Scotland and arrive 47 minutes later at Vagar (EKVG) The Faroes Islands. Vagar, a small airport but rated for B737’s. The offset ILS is ignored in this plan and a VFR finals is used. Full hand holding details for the VFR finals are given. The flight briefing (Word and text) is for the default B737-400; it contains climb, cruise, top of descent and fuel loading details, waypoint timings and destination details.

File Description:
Two FS2004 GPS flight plans by the Ancient Brit (these plans are incompatible with FS2002). The plans are for KORD-KSTL-KORD and the flights are of 57 and 47 minutes duration respectively. Both plans feature my unique curved flight tracks, no more being jerked through sharp changes of heading, real pilots don’t do this so why should you be forced to do it. They are fully flight briefed (Word and text) containing climb, cruise, and top of descent and fuel loading details, waypoint timings and destination details and are for the vastly improved FS2004 Learjet.

This is a short positioning flight featuring snow and an ILS Finals coming through clouds.

BFU_North Update

File Description:
Update: This allows FS9 to list 'BFU_North' in the Go to Airport's list with its available starting points. In addition to the above, this bgl adds local radio communications for BFU_North airspace (ATC) and the start/approach points for Rwy's 29 and 11, a water start, and several parking options. The pages of the GPS are also more complete with pertinent info. You must have already installed "BFU North" by Naji Chehabeddine. filename: bfunorth.zip BFU North is an original FS2002 scenery that is compatible with FS2004. **This update is for FS2004 only. Do not use this update (AF2_BFUN.bgl) in FS2002.**

The Oaks Airfield

File Description:
The Oaks Airfield is south west of Sydney and is the home of Ultralight flying for Sydney enthusiasts and is a hive of activity most weekends. A number of ultralight flying clubs use the airfield as well as some GA aircraft. I got a "fix" on the Lat(S34* 05.13')/Lon(E150* 33.47') and altitude of 900ft using one of the Sydney Ultralight Flying Club member's GPS. I have also included a "fictional" AFCAD2 file which will make the airfield show up in fs9 and so you will have the ability to create flightplans to and from the airfield.

Australian IFR and VFR Waypoint Data

File Description:
Ants Aussie Waypoints (IFR and VFR): This download contains two files which contain data for all 1699 IFR and 971 VFR waypoints in Australian airspace (as listed in ERSA, 5 Jun 2008). These waypoints allow you to make better (more accurate) flight plans using the MS FS flight planner. The waypoints will appear in the flight planner as well as the default FS GPS. The files have been tested in FS9 and FSX. To install simply place the files into your addon scenery/scenery folder (this is the only recommended location, see readme for more details)

POP "Plans-on-Paper" Nr. 2

File Description:
Plans on paper is for the real "pure" navigating pilot, no addons, no moving maps and no gps ofcourse ;-) The file contains one single Excell file with an IFR navigation/log form and one or more maps. Just print the plan and map(s), complete it with the "actual" wheather and aircraft details and off you go. You need Excell or another application that read Excell files to be able to read the file and it does some automatic calculation. Nr. 2 is in Norway. Nice Fjorden Approach, no glide scope available and ILS not aligned with RWU heading so good luck
