File Description:
TBD-1 Devastator Pre-war "YELLOWTAIL." This paint is a modification of Eric Joiner's texture and damage file for the stock TBD-1. The authenticity of this skin is not guaranteed as truly representative of any plane past, or present. I have even added spoked wheels, which were not a part of this aircraft, but they add a little more "eye candy". This texture folder contains new texture and damage files that will give you a completely unmirrored skin. Enjoy!

Douglas TBD-1 Devastator Prewar "Redtail"

File Description:
TBD-1 Devastator Prewar "REDTAIL". This skin depicts a pre-war paint, although it's authenticity is not true to form. I have modified the original t.bmp and d.bmp files to include "right side" texture and damage. This skin is an unmirrored paint of the stock aircraft. Note: spoked wheels have been added, not an original, but "eye candy". Credit to Eric Joiner for his vibrant colors in his stock texture and damage files of which this unmirrored skin was produced. F4U-1A VF-17 "Jolly Rogers" Lt.JG.Killefer F4U-1A Bougenville,1944. This skin portrays the aircraft markings of Lt.JG.Killefer, an Ace from the famous VF17 squadron. This is a texture file modified for Sergio Dolcemascolo's Improved Stock F4U-1A Corsair. The original stock texture file that this modification was taken from, was done by Nero "nightbaron." F4U1-A, "NIGHTFIGHTER". Special thanks to Sergio Dolcemascolo (aka DBolt), for his great Improved Stock Model F4U-1A and to the unknown original author of the default F4U-1A Texture files which I have modified to fit the unmirrored model. This is not an authentic paint, but it is different, and deserving of a little flight time. Unmirrored with modified texture, and new damage files. Enjoy!
