It made many visits to airports throughout the UK and Europe on route proving flights before the type entered service. At the time it was hailed as the "Bus-stop Jet". | AAC Islander and G-ORED Package for AI Update |

File Description:
Several people have experienced problems with the Army Air Corps and G-ORED Islander AI packages with the aircraft not displaying. This is because there are two different aircraft models in Henry Tomkiewicz's AI Britten-Norman BN-2 pack. There is a longnose version and a shortnose version - I forgot to specify which model to use.....because I only had the one model installed! This download corrects the problem.

British United were quick to order One-Eleven 500 series to suppliment their existing fleet of 200's. The extra length of the 500 is enhanced by the BUA livery although the extra window at the front caused the deletion of the logo. Polish Air Force MiG-23MF Flogger-G, "Red-110", painted using Kazunori Ito's outstanding new MiG-23 model, available on www.simviation.com. This swing-wing aircraft was a mainstay of Soviet/Russian fighter forces in the 1970's through the 1990's, and is still in service with several countries. The aircraft is painted in 16-bit textures, and works pretty well for AI as well. This is textures only, you need Kazunori Ito's full aircraft to use. Repaint by Michael Pearson ([email protected]).
