Many will recognise the Samson twin rotor from the film "Avatar". Although fictional, this is a highly believable flying machine and Nemeth have created a model that you can fly in the here and now of FSX. The version presented here is "Rogue 2" - a fictional livery that the Na'avi may have created from the captured aircraft to replace Trudy's Samson that was destroyed. Readme included - Caution! - Due to the many installation options provided by Nemeth, you need to install carefully.

File Description:
Vol.31 consists of Reymerston Hall and Shipdham EGSA in Norfolk and is a small tribute to Wing Commander Ken Wallis and his Wallis Gyrocopters. Reymerston Hall was his home in Norfolk where he flew his gyrocopters and where he died in 2013 at the age of 97. The local flying club was based at Shipdham, less than 2 miles away. One of his aircraft, 'Little Nellie', was used and flown by him in the James Bond film 'You Only Live Twice'.

| Boeing B-17G "Yankee Lady" N3193G |

File Description:
This is a repaint only for the FSX Wings of Power II Boeing B-17G Flying Fortress, in the markings of the Yankee Air Museum's B-17G "Yankee Lady," N3193G. After being used in a multitude of rolls, from aerial surveying to sprayer to tanker to a film roll in "Tora, Tora, Tora!," the aircraft was completely resotred by the Yankee Air Museum back to WWII configuration. The aircraft can be seen largely during the summer, visiting many airshows throughout the U.S.

The version presented here is a fictional rendition of the US Homeland Security livery currently presented on some Blackhawks. The odd thing about the livery is that it displays three "loayalties": Police, Homeland Security and Customs and Border Patrol. This is a repaint only, for the payware Vertigo Studios Stearman Vol.1 set. This repaint depicts the restored Stearman PT-17 F-AZMZ, owned/operated by Edifience SARL, based at La Ferte-Alais, France. This aircraft has a history of film work as part of the Jean Salis collection, including use in the movies "Saint Exupery: the Last Mission" and "A Very Long Engagement", where it was modified to portray a WWI German aircraft. Currently F-AZMZ is painted in a stylish 1930's U.S. Air Mail scheme.

File Description:
This repaint depicts the helicopter used in the movie "St. Helens" starring Art Carney. The movie dramatizes the events leading to the catastrophic eruption of Mount St. Helens on May 18th, 1980. This helicopter was used throughout the film in several different ways, and at the time was based out of Bend Municipal Airport in Bend, OR. Currently, this helicopter is based in New England and now bears a plain-white paint scheme. This repaint requires a full installation of Cyril Pioffet's Aerospatiale SA341G Gazelle. More information can be read in the "ReadMe_Install.txt" file.

Representative scenery of RAF Little Rissington in Gloucestershire.
RAF Little Rissington (ICAO: EGVL) is an RAF aerodrome and former RAF station in Gloucestershire, England. It was once home to the Central Flying School, the Vintage Pair and the Red Arrows.
Built during the 1930s, the station was opened in 1938 and closed in 1994. The married-quarters and main technical site were sold in 1996 (the former becoming the village of Upper Rissington), but the aerodrome has been retained by the Ministry of Defence and remains active along with the southern technical sites, under the operational control of No.2 Flying Training School at RAFC Cranwell.
It is now home to 637 Volunteer Gliding Squadron as the primary military unit, who provide elementary flying training for Combined Cadet Force and Air Training Corps cadets. The airfield is also used by the forces as a relief landing ground, training area and parachute dropping area. In previous years, the Royal Air Force estate has been used as a film set, including The Avengers, part of the ice chase in Die Another Day, and the Thunderbirds film.

These textures represent British United Air Ferries' Aviation Traders ATL.98 Carvair #7 G-ASDC 'Pont du Rhin' (featured in the 007 film 'Goldfinger'), Carvair #9 G-ASHZ 'Maasbrug' and Carvair #13 G-ASKN 'Pont d'Avignon'. These Carvairs, together with G-ATRV, were configurated to carry either 5 cars and 22 passengers or 2 cars and 55 passengers. The textures are based on Jon Walton's original textures for BUAF's G-ARSD. Apart from different registrations, the window arrangement has been altered. These are textures only. You will require Jon Walton's freeware Aviation Traders ATL.98 Carvair (jwat98.zip or jwat98_2k2.zip). Textures by Jon Walton, revisions by Maarten Brouwer.

| Island in the Sky Douglas C-47 Skytrain USAF 'Corsair' |

File Description:
Based on original textures by Jan Visser, this texture set is a representation of the fictional USAF C-47 flown by John Wayne as Dooley in the 1953 classic film, "Island in the Sky". It is intended to complement an article written by Harold "Farmboyzim" Zimmer for the December 2007 issue of "Computer Pilot" magazine. Harold's review of "Island in the Sky" can be found at http://farmboyzimsflightsims.com/IslandintheSky_film_review.html. The texture set requires the base R4D-6/DC-3A package available from Mid Atlantic Air Museum Simulations (MAAM-SIM) at www.maam.org, together with two subsequent free C-47 enhancements to that product. File Description:
In 2003 Air New Zealand teamed up with film makers New Line Cinema in their biggest marketing campaign ever. The result was a range of fantastic "Lord of the Rings" liveries across the fleet, including two liveries for the 747-400 which I have now made available for use with PMDG's "Queen of the Skies"
Note this is not a complete aircraft download. These are texture files which are designed to be saved into your already existing Air New Zealand aircraft folder. See the Readme for more details.
Unfortunately no engine textures are available to accomodate the varients with engine artwork. I will add engine textures to this download at a later date.
