NZ Warbirds DC-3 Three Pack

File Description:
This pack of three textures for the NZ Warbirds 'ZK-DAK', for the default fs2004 includes both of the old 'nz_warbirds_dc3_v2.zip' and 'nz_warbirds_dc3_dirty.zip' as well as a new third 'blue tinted' texture- my final paintjob update. Improved Default DC-3 Radio Panel

File Description:
This is the default DC-3 radio panel with a couple of improvements. First I changed the ADF radios so that the frequency band between 420 and 490 is available, since there are NDB's in FS that are inside this band. Second, I added fast tune hotspots for each radio. These spots are to the left and right of the tuning crank, in the position where the handle is when the crank is horizontal. Just wave the mouse around and you will find the spots. The fast tune hotspots change the frequency by tens. You can then fine tune in the usual way.

Scottish Airlines Douglas DC-3 Dakota

File Description:
Scottish Airlines was formed in 1946 as the airline division of Prestwick based Scottish Aviation. The airline operated scheduled services within the UK along with charter work on a world wide basis. The backbone of their fleet in the immediate post war years was a dozen or so Douglas C47 Dakotas with long haul work being carried out by 5 Consolidated Liberator II & III transports. By 1958, the fleet was reduced to just one C47B (G-AMPP), this aircraft maintained the summer Prestwick to Isle of Man service and earned revenue during the winter with whatever charter work could be found. Due to her varied work routines and her pronounceable registration letters she was affectionately known by the airline staff as "G-AMPP the Tramp". These are textures for MAAM Douglas DC-3 package available from Mid Atlantic Air Museum Simulations (MAAM-SIM) Scottish Airlines textures by Jaap de Baare. Transmeridian Air cargo Douglas DC-3

File Description:
Corporate owned DC-3 G-AJRY. In October 1962 the aircraft was purchased by the International Telegraph Corporation of the United Kingdom. On 19 November 1962 upon transfer to the UK she received a new identity G-ASDX and worked under a subsidiary company Standard Telephones and Cables. STC had for many years been a leading supplier of airborne radio equipment to Armed Forces and commercial Airlines world-wide. The British ARB noticed that the constructor's number for G-AJRY was the same as this new aircraft and assuming that G-AJRY had returned to the UK gave it that registration instead of G-ASDX! In June 1970 she was purchased by TD Keegan and was operated by Transmeridian Air Cargo as a corporate VIP transport until it was sold in April 1974 to Sandriver safaris in South Africa. Requires default Douglas DC-3.

Hawthorne Nevada Airlines Douglas DC-3

File Description:
This is a textures only repaint of the default DC-3 in the colors of the now defunct Hawthorne Nevada Airlines, which flew gambler junkets from Hawthorne and Burbank in SoCal to Vegas and Hawthorne, Nevada. The flights left SoCal right after work, and got you back to Cali in time for work next morning. By Vince Coratello of Studio Kokopelli.
