The classy looking Riviera amphibian is "Seabee" in Italian style... Built by Nardi and Siai-Marchetti, supposedly only 23 were built during the early 1960ies by Siai-Marcheti, the majority of them being sold to America. As every italian design, it is built to go fast. It seats 4 people including the pilot, the reversible propeller gives it superb manouverability in water (and taxi). It is a high-wing anphibian aircraft with double tailfin and pusher propeller. Read notes before flying! (FN333_check.htm, FN333_ref.htm & panel_FN333.htm, plus redme.txt).
This model features advanced flight dynamics, detailed external model, detailed photreal virtual cockpit and virtual cabin with night lighting, custom effects, etc.

File Description:
The Boeing BBJ (Boeing Business Jet) is Boeing's version of the executive jet in the top end of the executive market, competing with aircraft such as the Dassault Falcon 900. Although it is marginally slower, it has the edge in space and range over most of its competitors. This aircraft has full animation, including thrust reversers and opening doors, full lighting effects as well as checklists. It is painted in the colors of the South African Air Force and represents the aircraft used by Pres. Thabo Mbeki. A set of blank textures with easy-to-use instructions are also provided, SO YOU CAN EASILY PERSONALIZE THIS PLANE AND HAVE YOUR OWN EXECUTIVE JET.

This freeware gauge adds new VTOL & Hover features to Alphasim's FS9 V22-Osprey.
Besides true vertical takeoff&landing, it allows you to fly forward, backward,
sideways and turn, while in a hover.
This solution is based on overriding the normal FS flightdynamics while in a
hover; in short, it's a VTOL&Hover FDE coded in a gauge.
Special thanks to:
1. Doug Dawson, who created a gauge that provides for overriding
FSX variables from an XML gauge.
2. Nick Needham, for his rotorwash effects.
Requires FSUIPC3 (registered or unregistered, NOT included).
The README includes extensive installation and flying instructions.

File Description:
Timberline Lodge-gmax version1.0 for FS2004. This scenery focuses on Timberline Lodge (National Historic Landmark) located on Mt. Hood, Oregon and includes a helipad with night lighting effects. On June 11, 1936, at the brutal height of the Great Depression, ground was broken for a project unique in America. Timberline Lodge was built entirely by hand, inside and out, by unemployed craftspeople hired by the Federal Works Projects Administration. The building is a tribute to their skills and a monument to a government which responded not only to the physical needs of its people in a desperate time, but also to the needs of their spirits.
