File Description:
This are two flightplans for the Level-D Sim 767. Flightplans for Johannesburg (FAJS) to Cape Town (FACT) and return. I recommend the sceneries from Aeroworx, there are many files in the library, for example a very good J'Burg and Cape Town scenery. There is also a mesh scenery package, which makes the trip a real sight seeing flight. Flightime is about two hours.

File Description:
Painted for the 60th anniversary of the first flight across the atlantic, this stunningly-painted aircraft flew to the International Air Tatto at Greenham Common from Goose Bay in Canada. The RAF found a crew, by the names of Alcock & Browne (the original crew were Alcock & Brown - no e) to fly the trip. You will need nmai_f-4m_raf_traffic.zip from avsim.com to use these textures. A real flight plan from Singapore to London. The Captain of this 747 400 Qantas flight QF31, very kindly gave me a copy of his flight plan when I was on my way back from a trip to australia in December 2004. We took off at 0430 local time and arrived in London at 1030 local time (GMT) the same day. The flight took around 14 hours so you might want to speed up your simulation! For ultra realism I suggest using PMDG's 747 400 with Qantas livery. Take off weight and the actual SIDS and STARS used are included in the file. Happy Landings!

File Description:
This package represents the *proposed* route and timetable to be flown by P-38 "Glacier Girl" and P-51 "Miss Velma" on their trip to the United Kingdom in June 2007. Both aircraft were to appear at the Flying Legends Air Show at Duxford on the weekend of 7th. - 8th. July 2007, with "Miss Velma" remaining in Britain with her new owners. This trip - 'Bolero 2' (the original WW2 operations were named 'Bolero') - was to see the P-38 finally complete its delivery flight some 65 years after it left the USA. However, "Glacier Girl" suffered a major engine problem and whilst "Miss Velma" went on alone, the P-38 had to remain behind in the USA and never made it to the Duxford Air Show. Installation instructions are in the ReadMe.

File Description:
Excel spreadsheet determines fuel based on weight, trip length, average winds and flight level. Based on PMDG AOM Cruise & Fuel Planning tables. The spreadsheet uses empirical formulae based on linear regression to provide an approximate (usually 3%) value based on the tables. User should have familiarity with the PMDG manual for best results. For PMDG 744 Pax version only. This is the same as 744FuelPlannerV1-1 except units of weight are kilograms.
