File Description:
Scenery add-on for Vernon Regional Airport (CYVK) - Vernon, B.C.; Canada. Vernon Regional boasts over 120,000 square feet of land and has become the center for aviation manufacturing and maintenance in the Pacific Northwest. This add-ons places the Vernon Flying Club building, plus a number of hangars on the airport grounds. Includes AFCAD file to add aircraft parking. Scenery was designed to reflect the current placement of buildings at CYVK within the limitations of the flight simulator terrain. Consideration was also given to system effects and framerates. This package requires the NovaSim Gold textures (Not included-directions provided in ReadMe file). This update fixes the missing BGL problem. Full Update- not a patched version.

Our goal is to provide accurate ATC calls in order to provide Microsoft Flight Simulator traffic with quality ATC. These sounds are the best that we have been able to compile and are accurate as of release date and to the extent that our data and the limitations of the EditVoicepack allow. Middle Bass Island - East Point, a general aviation airfield in northern Ohio located in Lake Michigan. Extensively reworked. Features FSDSv2 custom-built hangers and objects in high detail, VTP2 coded ground textures and a detailed airport with full seasonal changes and Autogen support. Includes an amphibious landing area and detailed, animated dock that rises and falls with the tidal swells. Custom lighting throughout. Opening/closing hangar doors. Includes full documentation and map. All required files and textures included. Optimized for FS2004. Created specifically to allow users to adjust frame rates through the use of the Scenery Density/Autogen sliders for increasing levels of detail and realism.

There are 4 airports. YLKE Lakes Entrance YGRL Great Lakes Airport YORB Orbost YMCO Mallacoota. A few airports but this is no quicky slap dash effort but hundred+ hours. Surrounding scenery modified to match real life. Towns have been added or shifted. Forests cut down or added. Sewage treatment ponds and other stuff added. Included is an AI traffic files that covers the airports. These files are for Flight Simulator X. Made using Airport Design Editor using some objects borrowed from Robert Budd's excellent Baccus Marsh. RECOMMENDED The scenery is designed to interface with ORBX FTX_AU scenery for Australia (payware). It will work without ORBX but will not interface as well with standard scenery.

A lot has changed since my last upload of my home airport and now that I work there, I can provide the Flight Simulator community a 95% accurate layout of the airport. Many of these changes include, the expansion of the newly built south GA ramp where eventually the FBO will be moved to, repositioning of the DHL/ABX ramp, addition of the Land And Hold Short (LAHSO)lines on all runways for events such as EAA AirVenture, hold short lines for exiting the non-movement area of all ramps, access road around the entire field and taxiway sign corrections and additions for taxiways Lima, Kilo, and Mike. Tested for FS2004 but should also work for FSX.

Raphael Rodrigues has repainted the Easyjet 1998 fleet in HD on the FAIB 737-300! Easyjet changed their reservations phone number and planes wearing the "0990 29 29 29" titles began to be repainted into a new "Easyjet.com" livery. If you wish to use that old livery, as it was active in 1998, use the paint included in the description in the "Read Me" of the flightplans in the file "easyjet_1998.zip". Round Robin adventure: SATA Air Azores and flown in the Islands of the Azores, Portugal. It was flown with Microsoft FS2000\FS2002\2004\FS-X and can also be flown with any Flight Simulator that has the required Airports and Navaids included in its own database. A note here, that I also used ‘Pedro E.M.C.D. Sousa’s great Upgrade of the Azores and can be found at ftp://www.realazores.com/ It is an awesome package and for those of you, that flew in and out of there at one time, it will make you feel as if you are back for real.
