Nomads Travel Club 1998

File Description:
Nomads Travel Club may be one of the most storied travel clubs in aviation history. Founded in 1961 and based in Detroit(DTW), where the airline had it's own terminal, Nomads Travel Club gave up to 10,000 adventurous members the opportunity to hop on aircraft for elaborate tours across the earth. Initially flying a DC-7C, the airline upgraded to a L-188 Electra, CV-990, 727-100, and finally 727-200 N727M in 1993 which served the club until it's demise in 2011. N727M has traveled to dozens of countries and hundreds of airports, and I was able to find good information about 2 tours flown in 1998 and represented them in these plans. The aircraft spends at least half a day at each destination except for YHZ which is just a Westbound refueling stop. As far as I could find, the airline had no callsign or codes, so I am guessing they used the registration as a callsign. There is a paint for the AIA 727-200 on Avsim as "aib722nomads.zip".Flightplans by Chasen Richardson, based on real tours flown in 1998. Part of the 1998 Flight Simulator Project. This is version 2 of my Twinstar_ Twin_ Bonanza.zip.The repaint of my Twin Star Flight School has been completely redone,including interior and one without logos.You can check my progress from my first Twin Bonanza repaint which by comparison is trash compared to my latest Twin Bonanza repaint.All file names remain the same (with some added) so if it wants to overwrite,let it do so.It has three sound sets,I recommend Sound.ts in FS9,Sound.dc in FSX and Sound for either FS9 or FSX.It also contains my V3 panel,glass and prop updates.The aircraft.cfg is up to date for use with both FS9 and FSX.It also includes all of my Twin Bonanza repaints totalling 139 in all. The main reason for doing this is for ease of use.No additional files are required for this download.The model,3 sound sets and 2 texture sets are included.And of course any of my Twin Bonanza repaints will also work with this download.{You don't need to have all the repaints!} Either simulator will ignore what you don't have.It will also allow for ease of use in installing additional repaints. I highly recommend to anyone that has downloaded my original Twinstar_ Twin_ Bonanza.zip, replace it with this download!

Active Camera 2002 version 1.1

File Description:
Active Camera 2002. With this module you can enable additional views in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2002. Several new camera views are selectable from the FS2002 - Options menu. When activated this module replaces the original tower and virtual cockpit views of FS2002. Features: fly by, approach and spotter view, mouse driven spot plane view, allows mouse panning and zooming in the VC, walking in the cabin, walking outside of the aircraft (ambient sounds like steps, wind and aircraft stress sounds), head latency function, pre-stall buffeting effect, ground turbulence effect, ability to save and call up to 10 presets of views in the VC per aircraft for an unlimited number of aircraft. This version replaces Active Camera 2002 (AC2002.zip) uploaded to the AVSIM library on 20 June 2003. Some users encountered troubles to "handle" the spot plane view parameters, got a trembling image in Spot plane view and could not pan. To make things more simple we added : " Use mouse in spot view", a new option in the AC2002 menu that enables the Active Camera Spot Plane view. If "Use mouse in spot view" is unchecked, THE FS DEFAULT SPOT PLANE VIEW is active. Bug corrected : sometimes recycling views from 2D to 3D jumped over the virtual cockpit. Updated shortcut table.
